Would give 4 stars for prices and quality. But i have came in a few times now a d lost money or don't get what I want sometimes and realize to late. Iv bought a pack of pre rolls got halfway home opened pack and was empty. And if bought weed and been over charged. Like yesterday I spent 120 when it should of been 102. And I tipped on top of that when I got home looked at my stuff and did the math I was upset and this has happened like 4 times

Go someone else. Horrible at answering phones, horrible at customer service. Beaver bowls for the win. They answer my phone calls. I've literally tried calling over 15x... Just lost a daily customer. Just lost $30 a day. That's $210 a week and almost 1000 a month. Haha. Byeeeeeeeee. Hopefully the owner sees this and hires people who actually know how to pick a phone up. Btw beaver bowls picked up my call after 2 rings. ✌🏻

Well I go in regularly. Always pleasant, but this last time (THE LAST TIME) I went in on 7/10 to get 5 g's of there white 99 shatter, and when i came out i thought everything had gone well. Well yesterday i get to my last gram and noticed the previously unopened package was missing half my gram, literally weighed .6Got jipped and will now be going elsewhere. Sad to say too. I loved this place

You guys are the cool pot dealer that sells $20 eighths and still makes your money. Every other dispensary in town is the weed dealer that’s trying to sell $40 eighth to nieve college students.It matters where your money goes!

I am old enough that I never thought that I would see the day that one could walk in to a Street establishment and purchase herb of such good quality. I am sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of choices I have but the staff is more than willing to answer this newbies questions. It got five stars just based upon proximity alone, meaning it is within walking distance for me.

How dare you Albany Alternative Health Solutions knowingly selling bad medicine to medical patients! OHA will be called on Monday!My caretake went to the dispensary for me to pick up a gram of oil to get me by until my farm is ready for me. When I got the it looked pretty good smelled pretty good too. Now the lady told her " it doesn't taste great" now my caretaker is a reg. There and always gets fruity flavored clear so as a reg she was assuming it doesn't taste good to like what she usually purchases. THIS PRODUCT TASTE LIKE BURNING RUBBER AND SULFER AFTER A USED FIREWORK. I called to state my complaint that I did not feel safe ingesting this product as it can't be good for you. I was met with excuse after excuse of why they were unwilling to refund a bad product and only offered and $5 off my next purchase. I refused the insult as I will not be going back to a dispensary that is willing to give sick patients bad product to make a buck. What really grinds my gears is they knew how bad this product is and still decided to sell it to medical patients some fighting for their life. If you don't believe me and would like to try a sample hit me up. Hopefully you don't throw up easily because this will do it!After having to use social media to express my outrage after trying to correct the issue the owner did contact me and make things right with me as well as pulling the product off the shelf. Thank you for considering your other patients. I have bumped my review from a 1 to a 3 at this point in time. To see if it was just a quality control gone bad or if this is how the company does business. I will return for now.
