Feedback:
I like Tender Greens but, there seems to be an inconsistency between different locations. I've eaten at both, the UCI and the Spectrum locations. What I've noticed more than once is that the UCI location send to serve smaller portions than the Spectrum location. As Result, I no longer go to the UCI location.The food is delicious so, I continue to recommend it as a very good fast casual restaurant with healthy food.

If you want a quick, healthy, and delicious salad, then this is a great place. That said, they do serve more than salads. They have plates where one chooses a protein (they consistently have tuna, salmon, chicken, and steak) that can be accompanied by soups (which can vary from week-to-week, but are consistently good) and sides (liked seasonal vegetables or mashed potatoes). Healthy, genuinely delicious food that consistently leaves me feeling good.Importantly, their ingredients—both their meats and vegetables—are fresh and high quality relative to most any comparably priced eatery nearby. Good stuff.

Tasty, fresh, and worthy! Definitely try their steak, and their fried chicken. Their salads are good but bare in mind that you won’t have a salad, it is basically one green plus a dressing. The mashed potato is really good, too! When you get a drink you can ask for a refill in a to-go cup! I highly suggest Tender Greens, if you are looking for a semi healthy food and not a very heavy one!

I like their salad with mash potatoes and Salmon here but one is looking at nearly $19 for that which is not all that cheap. Food though is good. The lemon vinaigrette dressing is also quite good. I come here quite often to eat lunch. No cash accepted here and the portions are not all that big for $19. Salmon here is generally good but Salmon is not allThat hard to cook. I normally ask for a mix of their romaine lettuce with butter lettuce for the salad with tomatoes and avocados along their lemon vinaigrette dressing.Been a hit or a miss here with mashed potatoes often tasting watered down.

Sooooo I usually choose Tender Greens when I feel like eating something healthy BUT I always end up getting boba afterwards because they are located right across a Sharetea and Cha for Tea.Also it's girls scout cookie season so before walking into here, I bought two boxes of Thin Mints AHHAnyways, eating a bit healthy justifies it right? Treat yo selfYou order when you first walk into here, then you pay down the line and add on any desserts or drinks youd like.I personally love the Salt and Pepper chicken plate w butter lettuce and mashed potatoes. I think it's just enough protein, greens and mash. You also get a piece of toasted bread. I think the portions are pretty filling.The chicken sandwich and the grilled steak are other good options as well.

Excellent choice for healthy well made food. The "happy vegan" is my favorite dish they make. If you're a meat eater, they make steak extremely well here as well. Honestly everything is good. The line can get long during lunch but they have a good system. First you wait in line to go to the cashier who takes your order, then you wait in line while they prepare your food, then you pay and add any drinks or desserts.

Visited here today and from what I’ve heard about it. The food didn’t measure up. You really like to get what you pay for. And bring out if pocket 15 bucks for a couple slithers of chicken a little portion of squash and Romain lettuce to make up the Caesar baby salad as they call it wasn’t worth my dime. I mean if you want to keep that regimen going if your on a diet like I am and can afford it and don’t care too much abt seasoned meats. Then go for it. I thought it could have been better. And much portionable.

Best restaurant ive ever been to. Ive been going here for a while and have always loved the food. Whether your vegetarian or not the food tastes great!!!Not only that but the staff is very kind! I ordered the wrong thing and felt nervous returning it but they were very nice about it and super helpful and understanding. They replaced the meal and the food was absolutely outstanding! They even threw in a cookie, i lowkey shed a tear it was so nice.20/10 recommend this restaurant. The best restaurant ive been to in years. Frickin Yummy💕🙏

You choose your food then you pay for it at another register. They have good agua fresca which changes flavors consistently and if you done in you get unlimited refills. Their ahi tuna plate and backyard marinated steaks are my favorite entrees, and their mashed potatoes are delicious and buttery as well. Despite the name of the chain, the restaurant does not only sell veggies. They also have an easy takeout system.

NOTE: All Tender Greens locations are cashless (except for Boston due to legal prohibition). Only credit card and mobile app payment are accepted.REVIEW: I love the restaurant chain Tender Greens. But something was off today when I visited this location. Their fried chicken which I love had barely any flavor. It's like they forgot to season it (I hope they didn't change the recipe). Also the vegetables were overcooked, the Butter Lettuce Salad was overdressed so it was soggy. Just a poor effort. Even so, I can't in good conscience give it less than 3 stars. That's how much I love this chain.
