Feedback:

Super unimpressed with this dispensary and its defective products and dry flower. Won't be back! Aside from the associates not being knowledgeable and always seeming uninterested and rolling their eyes about ringing you up, their products are garbage. Purchased a Regions Extract cartridge that did not work on any of my 3 batteries. Took the cart in and they had me test it on some of their batteries. The cart didn't work on any battery except theirs, conveniently. So to make a cartridge work I was told I had to buy their battery, at a "discounted" rate. That battery worked for 5 days and now does *nothing*. It is a total dud - won't turn on, won't fire. Still have a cart that now works on nothing 🙄 Battery lights up when cart is taken out but does not function. There is no reason a battery should stop working after 5 days, especially when it was supposed to resolve my bunk cartridge issue 🙄 Now I have a setup that was a waste of money and I will probably just be told I need to buy something different. If the carts are not going to work on MOST batteries that people have, the associates should warn you about it before you spend your money on medicine you can't access. I liked the convenience of the drivethru but I can't afford to throw money away.
