The dinner was OUTSTANDING! We had the Caesar Salad, Caprese Salad with Burrata, and Campanella Pesto Pasta. We also got a bottle of the Walla Walla Vintners Rose. Delicious! Loved everything! Love the expanded Menu and will be back soon! We highly recommend this lovely Grill. You will not be sorry! Primo Grill is one of our favorite Tacoma restaurants and they are coming through for us during this Pandrmic!

The drinks and appetizers were good the service was okay didn't check it on us often and she talked really fast when she was presenting the menu. The food was under seasons and highly overpriced. The specials are not listed for price point. If I would have known that my special cost $42 I would have chose a different entree. When I pay $42 for something I'm expecting to have leftovers after. The pork chop was Bland needed more seasoning. If you're going to charge $42 for a piece of salmon make sure it's a large piece of salmon and make sure that the risotto is enough so that the customer can have leftovers.

Primo Grill never disappoints! Met a friend for HH and had Primo's amazing roasted brussel sprouts and polenta...great combo to eat together. Sat at bar and was made a custom bourbon cocktail, which was delicious! Bonus was served by owner chef Charlie.Love the ambience. This restaurant is always clean and a great dining experience.

Primo Grill never disappoints!! The food is outstanding... truly. I've never had a bad anything there. They have a wonderful happy hour menu with lots of yummy items. I especially like their brussel sprouts (sooooo good!!!) and ceasar salad. Their full course dinner items are so delicious...no matter what you order...fish, meat, duck, etc. The side choices are prepared perfectly too. Although I am not a dessert person, the desserts are fantastic as people I go with love them...especially the hand pies. The atmosphere is also really nice, casual and fairly quiet which I always appreciate. If you haven't been to Primo ...add it to your list to try out!

Wonderful Italian restaurant. This was our first time eating here but we will definitely be back! Probably the best pasta I have ever had. Pasta is made fresh then locally sourced veggies are mixed in. Very yummy. Price is a little higher than you might expect but the flavor is definitely worth it. Excellent service, very friendly and attentive.

Some of the best food and drinks available... Anywhere! This is probably my favorite place in Tacoma to get a steak, and it never lets down. The ribeye here is amazing, perfectly cooked to your specification and exquisitely seasoned. I recommend med. rare with the brussel sprouts w/ bacon on the side, maybe even the calamari appetizer to start it off...you can't possibly go wrong. Also be sure to ask about their homemade spirits as there is always some special project underway in the libations department. All in all, Primo Grill is an elite place to treat yourself and/or a date to the finer things in life and maybe even your new favorite place. Give it a shot, it won't dissapoint!

Had appetizers and dessert. All of it was really good; Brussels sprouts were tasty, pizza was cooked perfectly. Thin crust with just the right amount of blistering and dark spots. Wanted something really sweet and the sticky pudding delivered. The basil gimlet is great too! Ate at the bar and the bar tenders were really helpful and friendly, willing to have a nice conversation but also sensitive to being intrusive. Will go back.

5 out of 6 of our group all had the beef special with blue cheese butter, green beans & potatoes and we ALL finished every last bite. Previously, we've ordered the salmon pasta or the brick chicken but if Charlie isn't cooking, it wasn't the best. If Charlie is in the kitchen, you will definitely be in for a one of a kind meal!

Actually 4.75 stars... 2 changes to make it 5 star...The reflection from the building to the East is pretty harsh light in the evening if the sun's out, so some curtains, tint on the windows, or such would've made that 30-45 time frame (6:45-7:15 in April/May) a bit more comfortable. And the coffee cup was odd, useless little handle on it was really in the way. Other than that, perfection! King Salmon was beyond belief, appetizers were also perfect (shrimp and calamari). Wait staff was attentive and involved without being too involved in what was going on at the table.We had 4 different desserts. Coconut Cake, sticky toffee pudding, chocolate ice cream type of thing, and a chocolate cake with ice cream.. exceptional, all of it.
