On Christmas Eve I went to receive my order from the dispensary, I arrive only to find they closed a minute early the time of closing was 5pm & when I arrived at 4:59 cones were up blocking my right to be served. I moved the cone and asked if they would still serve me as they closed a minute earlier than they should have. I was rudely told no by a few employees and had to stay in line behind other customers to leave the line when my order could have simply been filled. On 01/10/2023 I went to the dispensary to retrieve my medication when I arrived home I realized there was only 1 item when I in fact ordered 2 before calling I did check around to see if I dropped it at that point I did not see it. I called Allegany to resolve this & as they looked on the cameras and I waited to speak to a manager my medicine was found. I apologized to the manager for the misunderstanding multiple times before hanging up, I then receive a call stating they’ll no longer service me.
