Feedback:

I'm a loyal customer and was just there to buy some flower. I wanted to use the points I have accumulated to get my free pipe. They only had one employee working, so even though I was first in line he could not step out to the lobby to grab the pipe. He said he had to finish with the other customers first, so I sat and waited. Of course, customers kept coming in. So it was clear to me that the other paying customers were more important to help first than getting me my free pipe. I walked out, upset of course. They obviously do not honor their points system or have enough staff. Very disappointed, will not be returning.
