I love being able to order via text! This business is not only fast and friendly, but has a good selection as well. If you’re new, I suggest calling them first to get your information in the system. Then just call or text from then on! Drivers provide tracking information as well, and I’ve gotten deliveries in as little as 20 minutes!

At about 11:40 am today I made an online order and till this point 4:08 pm my order is still being processed. How does this even happen? I sent two emails to 2 different emails saying to cancel my order and I didn't get a response. I don't see how this company has almost 5 stars? Would not recommend this service to anyone and in particular in the I.E, if I could I'd give 0 stars.

Been going through Alpha for the past couple years now. Always got a reliable selection. I prefer o.g.'s and they NEVER disappoint. The people working the phones have all been awesome, patient, and knowledgeable of everything I've ever asked All their drivers have been nothing but professional and laidback, if that makes any sense haha but Justin wins the prize in delivery timing and service. Try this spot out if you haven't. Great Selection and great deals.. Thanks again for the service Alpha

Great service.......As a Owner/Operator you think you won't need any assistance. What if your 400 + miles from home and your battery died on your vape and the extra one you brought is having issues heating up and ? At this point I called Two different delivery services for Carlsbad and both failed to come through (which is two more stories). I should have just called Alpha Medic the first time! A new battery, a new Brand of oil I got to try that was decent. WITHIN THE SAME HOUR I ORDERED! ONLY A 40$ MINIMUM? SOLD! I felt like a baller telling the driver to keep the change.
