I never write reviews, but I had such a wonderful first time dispensary experience here. I had never been in a dispensary before but the security gaurd really helped put me at ease by letting me know what to do and then joking around with me. Then I got Michelle as my budtender and she was such a helpful kind person, I know that I will be back!

This use to be a good store but the quality of budtenders and quality of service is declining. I went 3xs hoping it would be different but the ppl just don’t give info or options of strains you are looking for. I had a $100 purchase that was bagged and given to someone else. Luckily I said something before the guy left the lobby w my product!! When ordering a flower strain the budtender laughed at the name of “their” product. He looked at the jar as if he had never seen flower before. And no he wasn’t a young guy being immature it was an elder at least 55+ Whom must not know flowers have funny names. Also ordering one item shouldn’t take 10 minutes to ring up!! They don’t pay attention to the customer they have, they are worrying about everyone else around them. The only good thing is the friemdly professional security that are alert and welcoming. I suspect high turn over in employees and management are a huge reason this store is declining in customer service.

Best wellness center I know of Their prices are what it is no tax. They can have a better selection of Grams though haven’t tried them all but out of genesis rapture and jolly Bird Genesis is near top shelf quality,hard and taste good the other two are bottom shelf a little harsh but will give you a good buzz so they should go for cheaper grams.All around though this location has everything you need.

Such a cool shop, in a great location. Go to the mall and shop for your clothes, then head down the street and shop for your weed! Right around the corner from Arden Mall, AMC is a local treasure with some great employees and a huge selection of anything your cannabis loving heart desires! If you don’t like shopping in a claustrophobic shop, then come inside the wide open, well lit, and clean dispensary that is Alternative Medical Center. As a brand ambassador for Heavy Hitters, I get to visit AMC once a month and educate customers about this vape cartridge brand! I love getting to watch the budtenders here work their magic, and I can see that they actually care about what they recommend to their customers. They ask good questions, and remember their regulars, and overall its a great dispensary! It’ll soon become your new regular shop!

I baught some plants from them and took them to my buddys house and put them under a scope and the plants had mitesand that was a problem not a problem that couldnt be fixed but when i when back about 30 min had gone bye and the maneger told me it wasnt his problem and would not replace or rufund my money these guys shouldnt b in business if i cold give them a lower score i would and lets not forget how rude they where when i told them that there plants had spider mites.

Bought a top self gram and a eighth in the mid price range and literally could have found better buds buried in my carpet.... concentrate selection was just okay but prices were twice what they are at the dispensary I usually go to. Sample bags had no smell and had apparantly been "left open for 2 weeks because some employees have trouble opening them" (they're zip lock bags....)

Always had a good experience here until today, the blackberry soda they had on display wasn’t the same brown snickelfritz they sold me. Their arrogant “assistant” manager was quick to say all sales are final instead instead of showing any concern for their false advertising of excellent product, then selling you something completely different(garbage). He didn’t offer to take the different quality display flower off the shelf to show future customers the real disappointment they’re in store for. I expected a little more concern and at least a small credit for a loyal customer if all sales are final. He made zero attempt to help me or fix the problem for future customers. Won’t be returning.

I used to think this place was the best, like some other reviewers. Then after they stole from me I tried a lot of other places and realized there are many other clubs out there just as good and better. They shorted me a gram and of course nobody sits there and weighs it in their car outside of the club to make sure it's all there, that's their job! Their only job really. So I got home and realized I was shorted, and thought "no big deal, I've literally spent thousands of dollars there so they won't sweat giving me what I paid for in the first place." Well, I was wrong. They lost a long time, loyal and frequent customer, not to mention everyone I referred there, all over a gram. Good work guys! Way to take care of your customers! It's just a matter of time until they steal from you too, see the other review on here with almost the exact same story. Notice a pattern? Even when I had to return faulty cartridges sometimes, the manager would give me a hard time. Really? Do you not stand by the products you sell? Am I supposed to just lose the money I spent on it rather than you taking back the faulty product you sold me? Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other many great clubs in the area who won't steal from you.

Most of their pre-weighed eighths are SHORT!! ALWAYS have them weigh it for you first!! They sell 3 grams eighths and advertise 3.5 grams. I used to love this place and it WAS my go-to dispensary. The people are nice, but their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I bought 3 MediX disposable pens for a vacation ($45) got to where I was going, NONE of them worked. I called right away and spoke with Nathan who spoke with a manager. They told me to bring in the pens and they would "see what they could do". They would ONLY give me 3 replacement pens. I tested them they all worked when I was there. Got them home, started using them, got about 3 hits off each one and they all stopped working. Called to speak with the manager "Gary" he never called me back and they REFUSE to give me the contact info for the company who makes these pens. I will not be returning here.

They don't take out of state id or federal. I was told my TX id (which I got the year before) had to have a good star. There is NO SUCH THING! I was also told my FEDERAL id did not match the standard they have in their book. Go around the corner to the other dispensary, way more accommodating and pleasant. Btw I've been to dispensarys in Richmond and Sac. Without any problems. I've bought alcohol and ciggerates with the exact same id.
