Today I had my friend go to his shop to get some oil and he asked the budtender which was sativa or indica an they proceeded to tell him they did not know which was what.... Now as a budtender you should ALWAYS be able to tell your customers what strain is indica or sativa. I come in to this shop regularly and never have been told this so i am extremely disappointed because of the fact that my friend had to call me for ME to tell him if it was an indica or sativa.

Originally I left a bad review and have changed my mind and want to say that after coming back again and again I’ve become more acquainted with the staff and really like the friendly people and easy in easy out sort of establishment. The prices are phenomenal and for your budget range no matter what you’ve got. I can’t find better prices anywhere.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but let me tell you about my terrible experience at this place here!I walked in after reading their sign on the building that clearly stats "recreational & medical" on the side of it. I attempted to hand the bartender my ID and Medical card, he glanced at it and said "you're all good." Me giving him the benfit of knowing how to his job enters the sales room. I attempt to hand him my card again only to be told again "you're all good" I than looked thru an assortment of weed(most of which looked like last years outdoor) and regrettable made a decision, I attempted to hand him my card a third time only to be told "he got it".Not tell after the point of purchase when I noticed my flower was the same price as recreational did I ask him if he rang me up under my medical card, this dude looks me straight in my face and says "we dont give medical discounts". Uhmm it's not a discount? Im not a senior or Vet, It's a Medical Card I pay for every year which allows me to avoid being taxed on the things I use as medicine.Ive been medical for almost 7 years and worked in a shop for almost 4 years im pretty sure this is illegal to do?Not sure if its just terrible owner/managment promoting bad business practices to save money via taxes, or just a budtender who was improperly trained at his job. Either way another customer lost for life

They have the trashiest weed and the worst manager up there.... the lady manager don’t do nothing but sit around and harass customers about being “nice to her employees” she has no good customer service skills.. I’ve been a loyal customer for awhile so it’s crazy I never get treated as a loyal customer. Being positivity can change a whole experience and the manager is always stuck up like you owe her something. I do not recommend you will waste your time and they increased the prices but didn’t upgrade to better weed !

I really used to love this place...I went in ( yes im a customer) wanting to see if any jobs were available. Well I got told by the Manager she was to busy to talk to me. She had 2 other employees standing around...she also told me she isn't dealing with customers anymore. The way she came off was like i was trying to ask for free stuff. I ALWAYS PAY MY WAY AND don't EVER ask for handouts. I will be spending my money elsewhere and I will not recommend this place anymore...

Good prices I've been comming here for 7 years before it was legal and I always liked it until a few monthes ago there is a few people who are rude and pushy also they put good buds in the display and then it looks diffrent in the big jars all stems and shake and seeds so be carfull I asked to see the stuff in the big jar and he refused got an addittude I mean it's his job and hes getting mad at me cuse he has to do his job it's really going downhill fast the people are just rude and a few times it's been underweight it just depends on the day somtimes there really rude and rush you and somtimes there just rude and it's sad I'm going to say somthing to the manager next time they mouth off to me or be rude honestly if you dont like your job quit I would love to work here and show you how to treat people when sombody takes there time I would offer advice or if they asked can I see the buds before I buy it I would say hell yeah you can not that's to much work I dont wanna have to walk 5 feet and then walk back that's what he said to me raising his voice I have disability and rely on weed for medical purposes and to treat sombody like that is terrable your supposed to inform people and try and help them not rush and raise your voice at them and try and RIP them off that's not right I have cancer and there stealing my medicine and being shady treating it like a drug its medicine not to everybody but to some it is and I'd appreciate if you didnt disrespect me or my medicine I do want to see what I'm buying cuse I'm trying to fight cancer and your rushing like your in a hurry like your dieing of cancer its messed up but cant afford to go other places
