I ordered online this morning and my order was ready soon after! The wait was a bit long but the staff is all doing their best and they’re all very kind and helpful people! Some lady was yelling at a couple of staff members and I wish I had said something to her for how rude she was being. These people are trying their best to please everyone! Try and be understanding as these are difficult times for all of us. Also the products here are always great!!!

Great - as always! But - at least during the pandemic - it's a lot faster to go in and grab what you want instead of ordering ahead to pickup. There's only one window for online pickup orders. And when everyone is ordering ahead, the four or five other windows have some very bored budtenders in them. Maybe open up a second pickup window? Anyway - no (other) complaints. I've always had excellent service here. And the prices are reasonable (well, relatively).

I’ll increase stars if customer service stays consistent- Also good vape carts Old review: Prices are good compared to others in Mass. So if that’s your primary concern- great place to go. HOWEVER, if customer service is your primary concern- it’s another story-I’m probably done using them- out of principle. They are the only dispensary that doesn’t use any common sense when trying to “help“ patients. I have been disabled for two years yet they won’t give me a hardship discount because it’s not SSDI, it’s disability through work. Despite the fact that it brought me to poverty level. So I gave up trying to explain that. They then told me if I had Mass Health I could easily get it. Flash forward a year later and I now have Mass Health. Now they won’t give it to me I because I don’t have the original letter I only have my Mass Health card. So now I have to try to figure out how to get to Mass Health on a Saturday to figure out how to print out a benefits letter that I got six months ago. My problem with them is that they start from a place of “no“, always. The management is not friendly at all.

Staff is always courteous, efficient and honest. Recently I had some annual license, renewal confusion with my Cannabis card and their new system. I was sent a temporary permit to print out and my printer is out of ink (It's about $60 to replace both carts) they got us. I asked Derrick if he could possibly help me and print it out "No Problem!" he said. Back in a flash, we both admitted my phone was a low grade peanut whistle, with a virtual keyboard so tiny, a cockroach couldn't type on it but, it worked. Thanks again Derrick! More than once out of habit of buying the same products, i've given too much cash for the bill and they hand it right back every time, soon as it's discovered. The budtenders always make sure I have enough money, to get what I want with the new points earnings. Every year the office staff gives me a big hand, by getting a print out for my point of sale receipts to match up. I use this for out of pocket expenses i'm allowed and it makes my rent lower. Pretty awful customer service. Forget about calling. I have tried reaching someone from the Salem location a dozen times over the phone for various issues, but it just rings and rings then tells you the voicemail box is full. Order ahead? haha what a joke. Order closes sometime around 9am. If you're lucky enough to even get the opportunity to place an order online, you have to pick it up within an hour, but they don't tell you when it will be ready. So unless you have nothing better to do than wait around all day for a text (and then get there in an hour), don't even try. And no, they won't allow someone else to pick up your order for you. At least make it by appointment when you place an order! That would allow customers to know when to be available for pick up and would save customers and the business time.Low stock, every time I've gone the primary item I want isn't available. Given 2 stars because each time I've gone they messed up how much change to give me in my favor. Once gave me an extra $20 accidentally.

So I went to this place back in December and bought some UKU berry gummies because that’s all I could get at the time Indica strain without a license. They seemed to work. I went ahead and got a license after spending so much money trying different products suggested to me for sleep. I wasted so much money on stuff that didn’t even work. Every time I try to get the berry gummies they never have them. Imagine if I just stuck with those. I’ve gotten chocolate, syringes and pre-rolls all of them with no luck. Not to mention the prices are pretty steep. I think it’s terrible that you suggest some thing and then it doesn’t work and then I’m stuck with it. I tried different gummies but they didn’t work as well. I even feel like when I do get the berry gummies it’s not like the first time I got them. Please try to get this product in because it’s the only thing that works somewhat. Very dissatisfied.

Cash only, pretty sure the only place in Eastern mass that is. Online Menu consistently updated and accurate. During covid they've added online ordering, don't use it if you want to get in and out quicker. For some strange reason they only have 1 station that can serve online orders. The other 3 are dedicated for on site orders. Makes little sense

Good product but no online menu so when you get to the dispensary they might not have what you want and the product is limited. Seems like they just want to get you there bc with all of today’s technology that’s not acceptable. They should have an online menu and if they run out or product is limited they should post bc some people might drive a long distance to get there. This review is based on when the dispensary first opened. I stopped going bc they never had what I wanted and they did have a menu at the time so I wonder why there is not one now. I hope things have changed but I see the long lines so as long as the customers are lining up who cares right??? Right!!

Best prices in the area. Flower isn't bone dry like some other local dispensaries but cured well, haven't had to wait more than 15 mins. Usually walk in and right up to window. Place smells amazing!. Big parking . some real issues with concentrate here and I do not trust you. Will not purchase anymore concentrate here unfortunately. Update ur menu! Menu has instock products at time of sale and you claim there not instock. Next time, I'm leaving empty handed. Sick of the attitude to. I know it's busy. You don't have to vent to me about that as my budtender.

My first time there today. I was going to the same person for well over a year and he wouldn't help me out. So I will be going here from now on . the flowers are fresh n good n price is fine for me. I wish I started going there from jump instead of wasting hundreds on a kid who wouldn't help me with $20. Definitely try this place !! I'm a reg now!!! Jon A
