Feedback:

Was happy the first few times I went. Got a gram of house blend kief on my last visit. I had it the week prior and liked it. But immediately opening the container you could tell there wasn't as much as before. After weighing It was about a quarter of a gram short.I then called the store to let them know and was told the GM would call me the next day. That didn't happen so I called the day after that and was told the same thing, another manager would call me later. Which apparently didn't happen......Just letting me know that sales are final and nothing can be done about it would have sufficed but oh well. Won't be going there again......(My Edit Below).....Business response to my original post: Thanks for letting us know, Joshua. It sounds like our GM has been trying to contact you for several days now, and hasn't been able to get you on the phone. Hopefully you two can get together soon!I received one phone call from their telephone number (voicemail included) the day after my original post. That is the only phone call and / or voicemail I have received from them ever. I won't be returning the call or to their business.
