Feedback:
Percentages looked good on the bud but pre-packaged bud is a drawback. I get it can be hard to be in compliance during Covid but plenty of dispensaries allow you to see the bud in some way before the purchase. I'll be happy to take a look and make a new analysis, but I don't buy without taking a look first and am a bit of a see it and know shopper. Had a variety of bud and friendly service though.

This was the WORST experience at a dispensary I’ve ever had!! I preordered my flower and still had to wait. Then once I’m let in I’m told it’s cash only my card did not work in their atm I asked if it was ok to go right next door as there is a bank there. Was told “well you can try if you want to but we close in 2 mins” I went grabbed my money in less than 2 mins went back and they left closed the whole establishment. I will never go back to this dispensary. They were VERY rude and unprofessional

They said one person at time. No one was in the building and i was left outside. Assuming no one saw me, i knocked on the door and the security guard, who was sitting by the door talking to an employee, gave me the "one minute finger"... I walked back to my car. Another guy went to the door after me and was immediately let in! This is another dispensary i will NEVER visit again

Worst place ever ! You had to order off a board. You could not at any time view your purchase until you had paid and left the store. The product was dry, tastes like dirt, and shows 0% thc. Yet they charged me $150 and counted as my daily ounce. The employee lied, was rude, & acted like a two year old throwing a fit. Save your money !! Do NOT GO HERE !

Absolutely love this dispensary! The second I walk through the doors I know I am in for a very special treat haha! They have the absolute best concentrates in the market right now, ranging upwards of 90-95% on some shatter which to me that’s amazing considering most dispensaries don’t even carry that much shatter and if they do it’s all low percentage I don’t know why they would even try to sell it. But at the Altitude dispensary you get the highest quality shatter and hash in general at a really good price! I’m not gonna lie and say it’s the cheapest price for concentrates but I don’t mind paying a bit extra for extra great quality concentrates! The bud is the bomb I don’t like to smoke bud usually but when I saw their top shelf I was drooling literally lol it was straight purple nugs, I bought some bud that day aha and after months of not smoking bud it was amazing and some of the best I’ve ever had no lie, if you like not good but GREAT quality weed come here!!! The employees are also so chill and awesome to talk to, one thing I CANNOT stand is when I’m looking around for what product I want and the bud tender keeps staring and asking “do you see something you like “ like bruh let me look, luckily at the altitude the bud tenders don’t bug you at all while you search around and they are very patient which is nice and makes me happy personally. They answer any questions you may have truthfully and if they don’t know the answer they will find someone higher up that does, the Altitude is basically the king of dispensaries. From quality of bud/concentrate to the quality of the workers it is incredible how superb this dispensary is, makes every other dispensary look sub par in comparison.

I just moved to mile high City 4 months ago. Of all the places I have been to. This place takes care of their people. I had a mix up with my order. I called and explained what happened. They took care of it, my order was fixed. No fuss at all. As a result of this level of customer service. I have told ALL of my friends and family that Altitude on Colfax should be the first place they ever check out in Colorado. I have got more of an education about how this industry should work from the employees service then anything else I could ever dig up on the Internet. Keep up the great work guys you rock.

I love Altitude it is hands down my favorite dispensary. Since moving to Colorado 4 months ago i started going here and ive been to 3 locations all the employees are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Aurora is my favorite location they have a great selection of edibles wax flower n the prices have not been beat by any other dispensary ive been to.Always the best bud and the most awesome people work there. Great deals and great selection always

I LOVE ALTITUDE ONLY ONE I GO TO. AWESOME BUDTENDERS AND GREAT FLOWER EDIBLES SHATTERS WAXES ETC.. THEY HAVE THE BEST SHAKE IN TOWN.. WAIT TIME USUALLY 15 MINS OR LESS.. WHEN THEY ARE VERY BUSY THEY GET CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY..

I have been to a few dispensaries and ALTITUDE is the best. They have a big selection and the staff members are always ready to help you. I like that they have your own weed tender to come get you. Last visit was yesterday, 9-13-19 and I had the pleasure of HUGH, the weed tender help me. He was very nice and sweet. I will be going back for a long time 👍👌

Oh my gosh, this place is organized so nicely and looks so calm it could be a spa! Hugh was great, he took the time to explain the things I didn't know which was a lot. I mean I was honestly sceptical walking in because I had never been to a dispensary before but Hugh was so awesome to talk to that I left excited about trying new things.
