The older guy wearing the company shirt was rather rude. The rest of the crew was extremely friendly & helpful. I was trying to show & explain a product to my cousin and company shirt guy said we can't walk around and look at the display. Hey old guy, why is everything in a glass case if you don't want us looking? Get a grip and quit power trippin'. But hey, don't worry. I won't be back.

We have been in summit county over 5 years now and I refuse to go to any other dispensary in town. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave its always a pleasant trip in. The bud tenders are awesome, they know their products and are honest people. The place is always clean and welcoming !!!! plus Daily deals, they are amazing ! I live in Grand County so there is not really an organic cannabis shop near me. In the past I go to L'eagle in Denver, but I wanted to try Altitude in Dillon since they are a bit closer. I walked in after a long wait (with no one in front of me), rang the bell once, and no one greeted me or took my licence for about 5 minutes. Then, I was let in and my "budtender," (and I say that loosely) Eric H couldn't be less thrilled to help me. He was probably the least helpful budtender I have ever encountered. His answers were short and borderline rude, he had no knowledge of any of the strains, and seemed just annoyed that I was asking questions. At all the other dispensaries I've been to, the budtenders are friendly and helpful, but Erik H was the most unfriendly and least helpful person I have encountered. I was originally excited to try Altitude out since it is not as far of a drive for me, but I will not go back. I will be going back to L'Eagle in Denver for my organic herbal needs in the future because at least they know about their products and treat me like they want me as a customer.

last time i go here and this is my go to spot but not anymore i bought some indica cause i want to be knocked out from skiing all day then Woodward after for 3 hours i was in the actual indica section i get back to the room and the bottle says hybrid these young budtenders who think they are smart are gonna try and tell me its indica dominate but i dont want dominate i want straight indica which i thought i was buying cause it was in the Indica section...bottom line screw this dispensary go somewhere else where your not gonna get pushed something thats falsely advertised

AOC is the place to be!! I love your shop and every detail about it. You have some of the friendliest and most helpful staff in the county. Always greeted with a smile and and how have you been from the staff. They are spot on everytime i walk in the Door. Danielle and Levi are quick to help me out. The strainsand products are top notch in my book. Viola/710/balck diamond/dab logic producta you carry are my favorites by far.They also have extensive glass/silicone products for your smoking needs. All my Visting friends and family i refer to your shop.I love the shirts and hats that you offer. You guys Rock! First of all, the place is really clean and spacious. They have plenty of back up for when it gets busy. I like that. Second, they have a wide spectrum of product - you’ll definitely find what you’re looking for, if not something similar. The staff was very friendly and helpful & they give a little first timers discount so go check them out!

Thank you guys and gals for always bringing your A game. Hands down my favorite dispensary in the county! Staff are knowledgeable and generous with product info and service. The best selection of consistent and quality flower around. Many edible products to choose from. From what I hear concentrates are on point as well. Thanks for treating us as fellow humans and not just $$$ walking in the door.

Couldn't help but come here 2 days in a row for some truly wonderful products and very impressive service. The employees were very thorough and knowledgeable about their items and I was certainly not disappointed with my purchases! The entire process from walking in to walking out was fun, stress-free and fast. I would recommend Altitude Organic to anybody without hesitation.

Always fresh flower. Great selection of flower, concentrates, edibles. Helpful friendly staff. Incentive for returning plastic containers. Great weekly deals. Great rewards program. Great hours. Unfortunately no clearance style deals, but there is no clearance quality stuff. Everything is always great quality. All around best dispensary I've been to!

To be honest, I normally shop at HCH, but they have taken a huge dive in the last 6 months. Particularly with the customer service. I'm also a skier, and HCH is a little too lazy to catch me on the way to the mountain because they can't get out of bed and open at 8. With all of that said, it was extremely refreshing to revisit this dispensary and find that they were addressing all of HCH's issues at their own location. Better product, better prices and significantly better customer service. Keep it up Altitude Organic!
