My wife and I have shopped here off and on for 7 years. And they have always walked us back and asked us to make our purchase together. Today Vincent told us we could go back there together but not talk to each other and discuss what we felt like smoking ???.... He was hella rude, I took the advice of my wife and left it alone as I typically never allow someone to be disrespectful to me in anyway as I am a very polite person until provoked. You're a lucky lil boy Vincent.....

I just recently moved to the springs and was looking for a good new place to shop. I have tried a few different places, but after I saw the very wide selection, all very good quality, and to top it off great prices! After that visit I will definitely be signing them over as a caregiver and be very happy to do so. Its not very often you find a place with that overall quality. Thank you Altitude for being such a great place to shop!And my budtender Johnathon deserves a 5 stars as well. He had very great knowledge about everything I wanted to know, and really made sure I was satisfied with what I was getting.

After 5 years of patronizing AOM, the Academy location accused me of "owing $100" from my last visit to the Platte location. I have always paid what they charged me, via credit card, for the amount THEY enter into the CC machine. So, I don't know if they're trying to accuse me of stealing or "shortchanging" them, but they now want to charge me $100 for nothing. I will be changing my membership to another dispensary and never coming back to AOM.

This place is so adorable and fun! I have been in 2 times and both times I was treated like a friend and offered some amazing products. Knowledgeable staff and great people! I see you have Rick S commenting on your page and I’m sorry he lies to consumers and posts fake reviews. ( He even went and reviewed his old high school.. yeah he is that petty). He claims to be a badged employee his real name is Rick DeBacco I would suggest banning him from your store and filing with google to have his review removed.

I have never in my life recieved worse customer service...the mmj was absolute garbage. Bad taste and smell. Id rather buy from a homeless crackhead than these clowns again. I went to sign up and they swear you need your physicians plant count sheet to sign up. She claimed it was on the cdphe website but after looking it was nowhere on website. Asked 5 other dispensaries and they knew nothing about it. They claimed they were the only dispensary in the state that went by the law. Haley was the rudest customer service person ive ever met in my life. Thc right down the street has better medicine and nicer more helper employees...take your money there

My favorite shop in the Springs! I joined as soon as my card came,and i dont see leaving. The quality of flower is amazing,the staff is always friendly and knowlwdgable, love being a member. I would list the strains i love but it would be easier to list the ones i didnt: earthy tasting indicas like highway man,breakfast kush, some of the more cbd strains,theres maybe a few more. some i wouldnt mind seeing are cherry diesel, sno cap,maui wowie,rocky mtn blueberry,more cookie variants,gdp,cherry pie.
