Everytime I go to AOM, any location. I always leave with a huge smile on my face. Everyone is always soo friendly, and more than happy to answer all the questions I have. So on top of the amazing atmosphere, The quality of the product is always very high quality, and the prices cant be beat! Thank you to all AOM staff for everything you do! I'll see you next time!

Update: After 5 years of patronizing AOM, the Academy location accused me of "owing $100" from my last visit to the Platte location. I have always paid what they charged me, via credit card, for the amount THEY enter into the CC machine. So, I don't know if they're trying to accuse me of stealing or "shortchanging" them, but they now want to charge me $100 for nothing. I will be changing my membership to another dispensary and never coming back to AOM.Original review:Tried tons of places in Colo Springs before signing up with Altitude. Nothing else comes close, hands down. The quality is unmatched, the people are great, and the deals are outstanding (I always walk out with at least 4 strains, when I only bought 2).I'm no novice (been enjoying cannabis for 20+ years now), and EVERY strain I've tried there has great flavor, and phenomenal potency. Always a good, happy feel from each.If I HAD to pick a gripe; occasionally it can be a bit over-dry, making it crumbly and harder to handle. But throw a moisture regulating packet (like Boveda) in there, and problem solved.Do not bother going anywhere else!

They don't have the cheaper options here, for those of us on a tight budget. They DO have great member prices on thing like live sugars and their prerolls aren't shake (they don't carry shake) & the HK Oil Well dab was very, very nice. I'm not sure if I'm automatically a member now that I've shopped there because they talked about how they were giving me the 'member price' since it's my first time there. They also had a "challenge" you should inquire about regarding their prerolls if you haven't already. I'll definitely go back! My budtender, Jacob was very helpful & friendly. I like feeling comfortable and having people match my low key energy while still being helpful. It's a delicate balance, lol 👍🏻I'll update this after I go back when I get clarification on the membership terms, if any…

Used to love this place however there have been some changes to the rules that are making me reconsider my membership. They stopped allowing patients to call ahead and reserve certain items as they used to. I am extremely dissatisfied with this new rule because it prevents me from being able to work and have my medicine put aside till I can make it there. They also stopped calling customers back to let them know what they are looking for came into their stock. Then they stop accepting plastic.

Any person with a cell phone can call and place a pre order. This ensures people with fulltime jobs have the same opportunity as others to pick up the medicine they need. Until demand picked up? Changing the policy for specific items based on "demand" is more retail than medicinal. People literally budget and plan around their ability to receive specific products. After several good years I will be looking for a more reliable and accommodating location to pick up my medicine in the future.

Joe is A STAR! (on Academy) He goes out of his way to help my husband and I and always has a great attitude! If I'm going to spend my money, I want to spend it with somebody who is knowledgeable and caring, as I am a medical patient. You won't get this type of service everywhere.I also want somebody who's truthful. These are definitely the qualities that I find at Altitude!All of the staff, at all 4 locations, are pretty amazing! Has good stuff, but called in the morning and they had several strains, saying That they would have more in the afternoon. When I call that afternoon not only do they tell me they don’t have that amount of strains available, but they also told me that they are raising the price from 125 an ounce to 145 an ounce because of their stock. If they’re going to offer a deal like that in the morning, t that they would have more in the afternoon. This has been my FAVORITE dispensary over all the years I've shopped around locally. Tried out just about every one in the springs. And these guys kill it Every. Single. Time. I have never once left with anything I was impressed with. Their selection is outrageous so many options for all kinds of folks needs. Totally worth every penny I've ever spent there, I just signed over and they'll have my careship indefinitely. I love you altitude crew❤🤘

I had horrible experience. They never warned me that my registry card need to get a new one one. They hired a new guy told the guys that I have seen so many time. Didn’t give me a warning or a couple days. Just don’t me that today is your last day you get your meds. I already talked to the supvisor. They deeply apologized. I felt so disrespected. They made me sit 20 mins without telling me nothing. A patient should be treated like this. I was seeing I think I want my plants back.

I have always had an amazing experience at altitude! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always have amazing product to offer. I see you have been trolled by Rick S his real name is Rick Debacco I would recommend banning him from your store and asking google to remove his review. He claims to work in the industry but leaves fake reviews all over town. Have a wonderful day!
