This place has f,t up my order 5 times. They don't know what they're doing over there and will never return and I suggest you don't either. And is it just me or does is seem a gram or 2 short when you get a large amount. And it shows a % online and when you get home not only is it short the % is about 5 lower than what the websight says. Doesn't even deserve a star, but a -5 stars

When everyone was freaking out about the dispensaries closing the next day they did a great job of changing their policies up and getting everyone what they needed as fast as they could considering noone was really prepared. Whole process took about a half hour for me, had lines out in the parking lot and they tried to make sure it was semi-organized. Idk if they are the best dispensary around but they sure looked like they cared about everyone getting what they needed in light of a bad situation.

It is utterly disgraceful how far this place has fallen off. I can't believe the recent run-in management has literally drove this place into the ground. They raised their concentrate price. Then they don't have any bud. Then they have over price sweatshirts. And then they cheat their employees. Wow. You all need to reconsider and re-evaluate yourselves.

Went to buy a vape cartridge. They sold me the wrong one. sometimes they just don't work. Now they wont exchange it, or be helpful in anyway. I hope people stop visiting this store. They come across very helpful when you are buying whatever it might be. Then you go back and you get cold shrug "looks like your SOL" I wont ever buy from here again out of principle. as time goes on you will see people feel the same way. I am sure they are super concerned with he bottom line, can't help out the repeat customers. they are located on federal, so i am sure people would abuse the policy if they did allow returns. But they know us, we used to go there often. We still do occasionally out of necessity. I don't think they deserve our business or other peoples bussiness.

I was very pleased by the diversity of products and proficient customer service staff. I didn’t feel like I had a timer over my head to make an “adequate purchase”; on the contrary the staff implored me to look and answered any questions I could possibly come up with. Thanks, JBBIVTH80 PS I googled the answers they gave to all my questions and they spot on across the board!

For my very first time at a dispensary Amy, Tony and Shaun gave me an experience of a lifetime.. (insider) They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth and I wouldn't have wanted my first experience to be any place else.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants comfortable, reliable and over all exceptional service.. And did I forget to mention that they're prices are reasonable with daily specials and deals.. These guys are the most hospitable crew with the best team work that I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time now.. This will be my go to spot whenever I'm in Denver.. "Steve you absolutely rock" You guys are the very best.. 💞💫😘

I used to go to “The Joint by Cannabis” up on 38th because of the 4/$60 concentrates deal. but I moved down to Lakewood and such a long drive made no sense even for the savings... I stumbled upon Altitude dispo when I went with a friend, not only do they have the similar 4/$60 deal but you get a free J when you spend $60 (which imma do anyways) great place, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m surprised it took me this long to find them especially being a native!
