I've had great experience using their delivery service. Unfortunately, one of the cartridges purchased is not compatible with the brand of battery I have. I'm still waiting on a second phone call back after placing the order two days ago. I'm hoping my request for an exchange or return has somehow only slipped through the cracks. AO, you guys paying attention?**Update 5/1 - Upgraded from 3 to 5 WELL DESERVED stars** Amazon Organics saw this, reached out quickly, and resolved the issue in an above and beyond manner (at their cost!).
