☆☆This used to be one of my favorite delivery places but today I'm just letting the dark. I ordered on dutchie.com received confirmation text that they accepted and are preparing my order but after 2 hours no update. I call them just to see what's going on but its like no matter what option I pick on the ivr it just takes me back to the main menu again. And for some reason I can't contact chat on dutchie to reach out to them for me. The worst part aside from this being 4/20 is that its not the first time this has happened to me. Last time I waited 3 plus hours just for them to close and cancel my order.Edit: ☆☆☆☆ They reached out to me and I really appreciate that in customer service. It has been 3 hours but today is 4/20 so I get that. My gripe was that I couldn't get any ease of mind. Thank you guys for reaching out to me.
