First time at this location, long time program patient. I was extremely impressed with the staff and doctor here. They were polite, thorough, and overall pleasant. My appointment with the doc was awesome. She was very very nice and I really enjoyed my time with her. I definitely recommend this location and I’ll be coming back when it’s time. Highly recommended.

I've been with the people of AMMA for 10 years now, and there is an obvious reason for that. The people here are kind, caring, and just want to help me live a better life with the least amount of resistance. I am beyond loyal to this company and if anyone I knew was looking to get started they would be my number one recommendation.

I normally don’t post on the internet but I felt I needed to share this; the AMMA put me on a path that saved my life!After having postponed renewing my medical marijuana license for a few weeks, I suddenly felt compelled to renew it and called for an appointment. They had me come in that Saturday. While there, it was conveyed to me that my blood pressure was rather high. Keeping an eye on it, I went to the ER the very next day with an undiagnosed heart condition! Thank you AMMA!

The Amma medical office is a great place to go to with great customer service. The office is clean and all of the medical professionals that work their are the best yet. My appointment was at noon and they were on time. Such a great experience. I felt safe entering and exiting the building. I was certified previously and had a situation. I came to the Amma and all my worries were taken care of. Amma was the only place that stood behind their paperwork. I recommend this place for certification.

The staff was kind , caring and made me feel comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. All the employees are very professional and knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and make the process easy and simple. I only write reviews when the experience was really good and AMMA was exceptionally good! I highly recommend AMMA. Thanks again!

I looked up the AMMA on my computer to get their number to make an appointment for a check up and I was appalled by some of the erroneous comments by a few ingrate marijuana users. I have been with the AMMA since their beginning in 2009 to get certified. In 2012 my Ex lied about my plant count to the Police and I was raided. If it wasn’t for the AMMA I might still be in jail. I called the office and they immediately went to work for me copying my patients and my medical file and provided a letter from the doctor to show the court that I was legal within the medical marijuana law. When I read some of the reviews I couldn’t believe how petty some of the comments were about the ATM, 5 minutes late, rat dogs, leering doctor, makeshift office and zero attention to detail. I couldn’t believe what I read. Who are these negative ingrates biting the hand that protects them and me? The AMMA was one of the very first certification clinics in Michigan and they have always maintained the most professional, courteous people in this business. Their first office had a beautiful atrium and their present office looks better than any medical marijuana place in Michigan, period. I have 2 friends that were certified at a cheaper Dispensary who didn’t have a credit card machine and they could not get their paperwork because they had no files and one place closed down. The AMMA have helped thousands of people be legal and it makes me sick that some people would lie like that, why? I am really disappointed with people trying to trash the number 1 certification business. If you want professional people in your corner you can count on the AMMA.

Got my card here, and renewal twice, but this place is a joke. All 3 times "our debit card machine is down", and they don't take checks, so i also had to leave, hit the atm, and come back. They need to make it clear to you BEFORE you see the doc, how much it costs and how you can pay, but its OBVIOUS that they're trained not to because 3 times for me, and several other reviewers are saying the same thing. They also gave me ZERO receipt for the cash i gave them. They gave me 2 copies of the doctor signed documents. one to send to the state, and then they said i could take the other one to MOTOR CITY KUSH and use that as a temp card ONLY there, and they would let me in. So when i drove across town to MCK, they told me i needed that note AND a receipt for the $150 to amma. Amma doesn't tell you that, or give you that. So they pretty much wasted my time on that.

Showed up 1158 am for 12pm aptmnt. Locked up noone there, 1202pm try again still noone, 1205 receptionist shows up with 2 patients following her, 1 has the key to get in so we enter and she puts us too the back of line even though we had 1st aptmnt and was there 1st. 1242pm doctor finally shows up. Half the price to certify at dispensery dont waste your time or money here

They need new managment at this place. I was trying to take my dad who just got his leg amputated, here to get his license and Murry or Marie whatever her name was, was uninformative about the appointment needing cash. She was also rude and vulgar when we were there. She was talking about how she told her stoned husband to "shut up and smoke another one" to another person while my dad was waiting to check out after his appointment. She refused to take a check or debit and made us leave to go to an ATM. When we came back she took the money. I went back to the car and my dad said make sure you get a receipt. I was waiting for her to get a reciept ready for 10 minutes after she finished with a client and she took another person before me while I was waiting first. She said she had to wait for the computer to load. She told me I was petty and was calling me name. She was professional and has a major attitude!! I got sick of waiting so I said "how about you just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else cuz I don't like the service here". She refused. I walked out of the place again without a receipt. One of her staff members came out with a tiny little piece of paper receipt which had nothing to do with waiting for the computer to load, and had no name of the company on the receipt. This is not my first time having a license done at this place but I can guarantee I will never come back here again and you shouldn't come here either.
