Feedback:

Yes, they have a lot of stuff but they are almost deliberately unhelpful (you've experienced this - maybe at a DMV where the person won't volunteer one scrap of information more than you specifically ask for). Over the last couple of weeks I've brought almost $600 worth of business into their store, but when I came in to buy a stethoscope (willing to pay up to $200), they ignored me, then when I asked specific questions they didn't know any answers and when I asked about engraving (spend $170 on a stethoscope you'd better get it engraved), they knew absolutely nothing and the clerk just said, "Oh, almost nobody ever asks about that." JEEZ!!! No recommendations, nobody thought to investigate a relationship with a jeweler/engraver ahead of time, nothing. Overheard her say to someone that the owner almost never comes in - just calls in. No wonder. I'm buying my stethoscope on-line, folks. Sorry!
