I’m literally so disappointed in Moses Lake Apex. Everytime I come inside I have a problem with the door greeter. I was basically told that because my husband is paying for it but I’m the one who wanted to go in and pick out what I wanted I wasn’t allowed in!? So not okay I’ve had multiple issues everytime I go in, she’s very rude! He’s my husband there’s nothing I have that he won’t have? I’m pregnant and came in to look for something to help my nausea and pain and I had to exit the store and leave? I was there at 4pm today. I’ll be telling my friends and family not to go there any more. Not worth the horrible service.

Always unhappy with Apex in Moses. Always get something good from Spokane but this places staff seems way more interested in pushing their dry, leafy high school weed when asked to make a suggestion. Just because someone acts like a gangster doesn’t mean they are a good bud tender. Oh! And they never remind me of my credits or points when buying a quarter or a half but will automatically apply (and waste it!) on smaller purchases! Thanks for the three dollars off of worthless unsmokable weed.

Although they have great prices. They managed to delete my account. After I referred 5 friends. They put someone else on my acct. Now I can't redeem my points for weed. They give your information to a third-party and they don't even know who they are or their name. But, they give them your info. Careful their. They'll screw you and say well there's nothing we can do. They lost my business and all my friends business.

My husband shops here a lot he loves it, I also love looking around even though I don’t smoke really looking at the different types of flower is nice and helping my husband choose is fun. Always clean always nice friendly staff and very knowledgeable! But I was talking to a employee about some CBD chocolates I bought that had 8% thc content and me being not so knowledgeable I asked her if they would mess me up or make me feel too high. Well while she was talking to me a older woman who also worked there I suppose I had never seen her before says loudly in the middle of our conversation “Your pupils are pretty big huh?” And I just didn’t like the way she said it kind of insinuating I had took something but honestly it was because 1# I naturally have big pupils and have dealt with accusations my whole life #2 I take Prozac and my doctor said this also affects my pupils. Because I had expressed to him all the accusations I always got. I told my husband her comment/question made me feel very uncomfortable being I had to then explain myself and tell her my personal information as to why. When I shouldn’t have had to at all. But wanting to defend myself so people don’t think I’m some sort of crack head. Overstepping I believe is the term my husband used. He was also pretty upset at her statement towards me. But honestly I’ve worked in retail and would never ask or comment on someone who I thought might have been messed up or not by stating that their pupils were really big. Just seemed very unprofessional and rude. I always minded my own business and made all my customers feel good and not uncomfortable. But other than that incident. Great place would recommend it to anyone. Very knowledgeable people and that is hard to come across at most places.

No STAR if I could! I ended up visiting Apex and I will never make that mistake again. I ended up paying $60 for a Refine gram that I just found out I can get down the street for $30!! This place is a complete rip off. Horrible quality, horrible service and horrible prices! And the employee was talking poorly about other business owners LAME...now I understand why...they have WAY BETTER DEALS then you!

Out of the three cannabis shops in town Apex is by far the best one stop shop in town. Unlike the other two dispensaries in town Apex has a wide selection of products with a very knowledgeable staff and upbeat atmosphere. They have daily specials and are there to help you find what you’re looking for, not just there trying to sell you product they’re overstocked with, like the other guys. It's a very refreshing experience when i have to go in there. I feel like it is THE cannabis shop in Moses Lake.
