Overpriced alert: they charged me $60 for dosist pen that cost $40 at the dosist store, and didn’t give me any receipt, cash only. and there are not many options to choose from at this weed store. Whatever they will recommend is now what you’ll be looking for. Tried few times, same bs every time.P.s. I just uploaded a photo reply from your manufacturer, saying that they guarantee quality and satisfaction, and that it’s on you that you refused to offer me something that will work for me better. It doesn’t seem like you guys know your own products well. I had much better experience with MedMan so far. I’d rather be investing into stores that make me feel appreciated at least.

These peeps really do care....mistakes happen to us all, but Mgmt. here handles it with true class and professionalism !! No need to go into great detail, other than to say...this is a place I feel welcome, appreciated, and well taken care of. Being a Veteran, it means a lot to feel special !!I Love the staff...Amazing flower @ very fair prices. When I first switched from pills my Drs gave me to natural I came here everything was awesome! Since California added tariff's and taxes and rules to packaging it's not been good the product has suffered big time! The price doubled and the product is bad especially the hash... This company is still trying though but it's not even fresh anymore

This was my first Apothecary and will be my last! I have gone to 2 other stores and totally unhappy with the product!! 420 has always been AMAZING @ helping newbies like me get what they need! Going on 3 years and they are still the best in So Cal!!! Prices are great product so amazing that I am off every single narcotic my Dr. Had me on! Feels good not to walk around in a dazed stupor during my waking hours! 420 Apothecary for life!

Just wanna say Apothecary is the best place ever no bs here ive been a patient here pretty much since they opened.Its a well known shop in the valley one of the best or in my opinion it is the best Medical Marijuana Dispensary/Facility in the valley, And i Thank the owner for Apothecary and for letting me part of it and of course thank you as well to all staff too, bud tenders are knowledgeable/ respectful/ kind/ helpful/ on point with any questions of any strains and with all do respect and i mean no disrespect to any of the women staff/ bud tenders Apothecary has some of the most sexy/ beautiful/ good looking women working there, like i said no disrespect to none of the girls working there just calling it how i C it.So thank you Apothecary thank you to yhe owner and thank you to all staff/ bud tenders And security

I feel so very fortunate to have access to this amazing facility.I have been a patient for over a year, and I am always treated with respect and sincere kindness. I am a disabled Veteran and everyone here makes me feel like family.I usually deal with Paulina... ( thank you for everything ! )Today I had the pleasure of being helped by 2 great guys, Matt & Christian. Really impressed with their customer service. My ocean disposable vapes battery failed before the resin was gone and Apothecary took care of me with a 10 percent discount on one of my visits alongside a replacement of the disposable vape. Would highly reccommend this place. Great products, good people and professionalism. Thank you!

Staff is very important to me in regards to my experience and rating. The front desk person was incredibly rude and condescending. Thought I would never go here again, but the budtender was very knowledgeable and friendly. He turned the experience around for me. They also had great first time patient deals and reasonable prices. Hope the rude front desk lady won't be in the next time I return.

The products were nothing mind blowing, but they were good... the prices were just way too high. 16.50 for a 12 dollar gram? Come on guys it's 2018... I know you want to be legit and everything but that doesn't mean you have to gouge us... My budtender here was a super chill dude who was very helpful. The layout of the store, however, leads to sort of a rushed feeling about the whole visit. To be honest it was kind of annoying. They also weigh your flower out "in the back" whatever that's about.. must be insulting to be untrusted as a bud tender. Compassion or care has nothing to do with the place really. A big trendy rip off with pre-weighed (always out of the good ones by the later hours, and they're only open till frickin' 8..) 1.0 grams. Paranoid and greedy management maybe?
