This was my go to dispensary until today. How does a place have a 2 hour wait to shop medical but no wait on rec side. Then once I'm inside shopping rec because i wasn't able to spend my entire afternoon here, so told that was the only way i could shop today. there wasn't a single medical patient in sight or did they bring any medical patient inside for the 15 mins i was waiting. but then once inside, this is where i was really surprised. I asked the Bud tender(Who is also a key badge holder) what the specials were. His amazing reply of "I don't know, Dude". so then i asked how much a gram of ambrosia would be after tax, same reply "I don't know, Dude". so since guy didn't know i decided it wasn't worth my time to spend money on this. So one last attempt to get some information from the bud tender about the price of a cartridge and i got the same reply of you guessed it "I don't know, Dude" how is it this place on one of the largest sales days have such incompetent staff working. So i left without buying anything. I guess im expecting to much here, But i feel there should really be some professionalism if you're an employee, like being able to perform basic functions of your job. This store manager seriously couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag. time to go back to Viola Extracts

Was really expecting more of the dispensary itself. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Quality of product is out of this world but I felt like I wasted my time driving up from northern colorado just to be blown off and not shown the full aspects of the dispensary. I was honestly expecting a lot more from this place after seeing them at the Cannabis Carnival and loving them/their reps.
