I drove almost 3 hours from Columbus Ohio not knowing what to expect. Inside the waiting room were nice leather couches and a friendly receptionist. The vibes were very calm and relaxed in the area where you purchase product. The quality of the bud was exactly what I would expect out of a Michigan dispensary. They also have one of the most extensive menus I’ve encountered for edibles. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid Exclusive Ann Arbor!! Those guys are a joke compared to ArborSide.

Was a great dispensary. Love(d) the point system. They changed all the deals, again. Cannot combine the student discount with the daily anymore.....no reason to even offer a student discount. This was a 5 star review. If Arborside can just change on the fly to take the most advantage of patients, after they have them enrolled in their system, I can change my review to a negative one. Greedy and short sighted.

Didn't realize MMMP has been a program long enough for complacency to take such extreme grips. The lobby feels like a living room in a trap house with fake leather couches and beat up ikea tables. The menu is printed on tattered pages that are thrown in cheap 3 ring binders and tossed on the couches like childrens homework assignments. The menu on laminated printer paper looks like it hasn't been updated in years!!! Super excited to become a patient and visit for their first time patient specials but I don't think I'll be back.

I love this place! They’re always super friendly and the staff always has valuable insight on the product. Sometimes I’m unsure which direction to go and they never fail to provide a nudge in the right direction. They’re amazing with their prices and rewards system too! Only dispensary I’ve been too that respects its customers enough to offer bulk discounts. Thank you ArborSide!

I discovered Arborside several years ago and have had great experiences with them. They did go through a rough spot last year with all the new regulations, but since getting that under their belt I have been super pleased with products and services. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I enjoy going there. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but other than that I highly recommend going there.

Okay, love this place, love the employees. However the parking seems a little inefficient. People can get parked in and have to wait for someone to pull out for them to leave. Now here's the kicker, the owner is the one that keeps parking them inEdit: I wouldn't be complaining if it wasn't a consistent issue

I can appreciate the Personal Touch. The fact of having had sinsemilia, Maui Wowie, and Northern Lights before any of this stuff was legal. I just got to say this place lives up to what it's supposed to do. Who would have thought that was a surprise. But you guys have all been out there. It's hard to get good quality even when you spend a lot of money but at this place you don't have to spend so much to get great quality!!!

All around great atmosphere, great people, chill attitudes, very understanding and actually have the patient in mind, they help the patients know what will help them best when they go in to pick up meds and they kept their business in order to where they have become one of only 2 spots i will go in Michigan for my meds. Thank you arborside.
