If it were possible to leave a review with no stars, I would. However I feel the need to share my experience. I traveled from Washington nearly 3 hours to this shop, purely based on the good words of several friends and my boyfriend, who all work in the industry. Upon entering the establishment, I showed my ID, and said "hello, happy new year!" I said this to the 2 bud tenders and "greeter" (if you can even call them that). All 3 made no gesture or acknowledgment that I had said anything. I do not mumble or speak softly, I was heard and ignored.They did ask if I wanted to look at anything or if I had any questions (a given concern when you work in retail) I said "no, just looking for now thank you " as it was my first time visiting.I started to talk about a product that i was excited to see after not seeing for a long time, and also there was no exchange of enthusiasm or comment.Despite the outstandingly terrible costumer service and pricing, there were ANTS INSIDE OF THE EDIBLES DISPLAY CASE (dead and crawling ones)I have had good experiences in shops in the area and ive had my fair share of bad experiences. This one took the cake, and makes any bad experiences ive had look like 5 star services. Please do not waste time energy or money here.
