It was all right, I guess. The lady at the counter (Sorry if she wants to self-identify otherwise...I really couldn't tell) was kind of brief and rude. When asking about pricing, I was told to add it up myself. Product was...ok for the price. They seem to be proud of their $25 / gram shatter and their 21% "premium" pre-rolls.I suppose they work as a last resort when Debbies is closed.

I love this place! They are Great, they use masks and social distancing with perfection! They always seem to find and or grow some really buzzy Indica's and their Sativa's you can work and continue your day! Makes for a better way to deal with the pains of senior life! I enjoy checking Leafly for AZNatural Remedies menu, making my order and then when it's ready, they contact my phone and I go for a quick, maybe a five to fifteen minutes wait, depending on how many other patients have the same idea! Rotf Fabulous group of people as well as Awesome flower! Thanks guys!! 💜

I probably won't come back again. Their new patient special is 10% off and a free half gram pre-roll, not great but not a dealbreaker. The dealbreaker was the terrible customer service and weird menu. Since we can't see the flower I asked questions about what their best product was and staff made me feel like I was bothering them. She explained to me that the menu was "deli style" and the sold whatever product is high in stock at reduced priced and low stock at a raised price. I asked if this included raising price on lower quality flower and was told yes. That doesnt make sense, theres no way then that I can guarantee paying a fair price for the quality. Why wouldn't they want to clear out old inventory? So I decided to make it simple and asked for what their best flower in stock was, and was directed to an item on the menu normally somewhere I would never look for premium flower, we're talking like the cheapest ones on the menu but they assured me it was the best in the store. This entire conversation was being yelled across the store back and forth between employees with the lady constantly walking away from the desk and leaving me hanging. I wish I could say it was busy there, but it wasn't. Ultimately when I walked out the store and was able to see what I'd gotten I was very disappointed. Very, very, low quality flower. When I weighed it it was also under. It was kind of a bizzare experience and I dont trust it enough to go back again, which sucks because I really wanted to like this one.

This place ROCKS...They WILL take care of you...I showed up at opening yesterday. They had a big deal on many of my favorite strains...Something took place between my 30 minute commute to buy etc...they were not honoring the deal any longer (I will elaborate on why and it only pertained to staff out sick and volume/patent experience compromised) They did not want to sacrifice patient experience...However...Because I was the 2nd one in...they honored it for me...they went above and beyond to make sure my budget matched my needs etc...They CARE ❤ ❤ ❤

Best dispensary in Arizona.Buds FILLED with sweet resin. Grown right99$/oz Jack Cheddar (Jack H x Cheese) , Bubba Kush and Death Star. Amazing.AND Always great deals on popcorn buds.I drive 80 miles there and back, at least 20 stores are closer but it's worth it.

It’s in a sketchy area with bad traffic. The staff working the front aren’t very friendly. The flower is unattractive and can be a bit stemmy. They underweigh. The cheap buds will get you just as high as the more expensive one will. However, the budtenders are friendly. The strains are decent. The wax selection is decent. The shop looked fairly clean. Half oz’s run as low as $45. Might be coming back whenever I’m on a budget.

I am sitting in the parking lot trying to look up new patient deals online and the website is terrible. Every link or picture i click on takes me to a frozen page. When i finally got a page half loaded, i saw that the only new patient deal is 10% off first purchase. Not worth my time. I will not be entering, first impression = terrible (website and new patient deal not worth it), and will never come back to check it out.

I absolutely loved this place until recently, so much so I would drive past 7-15 other dispensaries over a half hour to get here. I got an ounce and asked it to be placed in quarter ounce containers so I may better preserve it. They suggested I made this request in order to distribute illegally. I've never been more disappointed in the workforce of this industry, it's people like that who give the rest of us a bad reputation. Disgraceful to even hint at. If you want your morals questioned without cause this is the place for you! From a business standpoint, PATIENTS should not be questioned in this manner without proper cause (I never met this gentleman behind the counter on any prior visit). If he had a legitimate concern about any person, there are procedures the establishment should have in place that consist of more than just directly suggesting to patients and customers that they are drug pushers.

They over charged me by $60.oo & shorted me 1/4 of ounce. I weighed it as soon as I opened it& it was 21grams, not 28. So, they are double dipping, basically screwing you over twice. I've left name & number, no call back. I bet if I stand outside of their business& picket them, I'll get a call back. So, let's see if they make this right.

This is my being my favorite dispensary for flower. They don’t have a lot of vape cartridges, and they do some concentrates. I love their flower it is always consistently good. I’ve never had bud be disappointing. Prices are good for what you get as well. The staff is friendly and will chat while your order is being finalized. ATM is right next to the counter for easy withdrawal. I do like this place even though it’s in the middle of an industrial area
