Today at 10:24 I was denied service at a medical dispensary, AZ Natural Selection Peoria, by Jordan the manager on duty who told me he wouldn't honor my medical exception. They initially told me they'd accommodate me outside then told me unless I put on a mask that impedes my breathing I wouldn't be able to get my medicine. Under the ADA and most of the mandates, exemptions for medical and religious were made and refusal to provide service is a violation of the law and the constitution which supersedes state law.

First off this review system sucks! I was not told the place was sold out by email, so I was disappointed I did not get my discount. The newer staff was extremely rude and the clerk had no knowledge of the products.I feel like this is to make money and not help the client's special needs.By the way when a handicap hearing impaired individual tells you they are hard of hearing, your employees should be aware that it is discriminating to tell a person never mind when asked to repeat what they said.Not happy with the new prices, professionalism or selectons. Sad that there were no previous records to show customer loyalty and to help services.

I like this place, most of the time I have great service kind people who care. There have been two times I have come in and dealt with a woman who is rude, short with me and just generally gives the feeling she doesn’t care. She doesn’t take the time to explain what’s needed to get deals or discounts she seems like she just wants you to leave. I would post her name but she has her badge backwards at all times I’m sure to avoid being called out. I’m going to take a break from coming here to avoid her.

I don’t even know where to start there’s so many things about this spot that makes it my go to dispensary, all the employees are super nice and friendly and always know the best strain that’ll fill all your needs. The prices are very competitive and their reward system is second to none, I mean their paying for my card renewal!! What other spot would do that?Thank you guys so much for the top quality service and product can’t wait till I see you all again 😋

This review is for the budtender Kyle. He helped me put an order in over the phone even though he cannot look at my information because I have a new card. Every dispensary has told me I had to come in first, they could not even reserve it, but he did for me. He is awesome, and that is more than I have to say about everyone there. I've had a manager tell me they were going to take something out of stock that was still there two days later. Causing me to keep order over and over just to be disappointed. But not by my man Kyle

I love how big & roomy this store is. Always new stuff to look at and I love stealing jolly ranchers every visit. Its exciting to know they have a different deal every day. Fin is always our PA and hes great! Very knowledgeable and talked me into getting some sublime products that I absoutley loved. Great friendly staff, the free cupcakes today were an added bonus.

Arizona Natural Selections of Peoria is a great place to go for great deals. A while back I went for Black Friday and was there a few hours early, and there was a nice long crowd. I hung out with a ton of people and had lots of fun, along with getting lots of free stuff. Go to Arizona Natural Selections of Peoria for a great time and good deals.

as a customer that has been here only a couple times i can tell you that so far the selection is small and but what they have is quality. i am mostly indica smoker, always ask for the recommendation of the bud tender and they havent failed me yet. this place is my first option when it comes to flower if you live close to the 101 and peoria
