let's start at the begining.. I got notice of my car being approved at 8am. after waiting 10 days for this I was stoked to go the dispo for the first time in years. I remember Arizona have good meds back in the day however a few friends told me that they stopped going because they would get grams of shatter that was short. I decided to give it a shot after looking on leafly and seeing decent prices. in Hope's that my experience would be different. I live 35-40 minutes away so it took a bit to get there but when I got there they had no line and a nice selection of different strains. I purchased a half ounce of concentrated 6 grams of shatter and the rest in badder/crystal mixes. as well as a quad of flower. after getting back to my house 40 minutes later I decided to check a gram on a couple of nice quality calibrated scales I have myself. my first gram I weighed was .8... then 3 more of the shatters were .9 4/6 grams of shatter were short... I dont even want to attempt to check the bladder or the Crystal's cause that doesnt work. I call them right away and tell them what happened they tell me I have to drive back for them to verify it themselves.. I drive 40 minutes back there for the manager to tell me that both of my scales are wrong and their state recommended scale says its 1.06.. that's quite a bit difference from .8 sure you want to slide that for the .9 I'll let it pass but dont lie about the .8 I waited 20 more minutes for them to tell me I was wrong my the grams are correct and to send me back home with my shorted grams. it's now 12:30 in the after noon and I'm leaving with a horrible shopping experience, horrible first med card experience in general on the same day I was approved while spending hundreds of dollars in your location, and no incentive to come back in the future or spread good word about your business with my friends who also have med cards. Thanks... I would not reccomend this place to anyone.. 0/10 there is no point shopping somewhere if you arent getting what you pay for.

Every single time I went they either didn't have what was on the menu they tried to give me shatter on a flower order and today was the worst they sold me an open eighth of flower I had gotten into checking my order before I left and when I spoke to a manager about compensation for ALL the mistakes one guy said yes the guy went to get my free preroll and a lady said absolutely not. I will never go again

I'm new to using this medicine. Have been here a few times so far, my experience has been positive but then again I don't know how it should be since this is the only pace Ive been. Reading the reviews I noticed the last 2 months there are so many bad reviews and just a couple good ones. Also I noticed they use to get a lot of good reviews. So I called to talk to the manager at the time google maps said they were the slowest but the manager was busy and would call me back. I said 'it is only going to get busier for the rest of the day'. So when they will call I don't know. I'm still going to go in today to restock. My last visit I did get some flower I thought was kind of dry and not what I have had experienced in the past, but we'll see how it goes this time. One thing I didnt think was good is the replies to the negative reviews. They seemed very scripted and didn't really address the concerns. 'I'm sorry for your experience blah blah blah' Seemed like to me they really didn't care but wanted to give the inpression by responding. Anyways, for every negative review I always say there are another 3-10 who just didnt take the time to give a bad review. Word to management, you arent the only dispensary, don't start acting like dealers did when it was illegal, you know the 'entitlement' of being a dealer. There is a choice now days. Just sayin.

Manager dosent practice social distance! After I told manger that there's to many people inside. Francisco the manger told me i can leave. And that this is not my place! That he can kick me out!Because i complained of social distace. I called in my medicine to avoid any conflict with the manager. The manerger Francisco tells me i cant go there any more because of what happened last time.

Always come here, but this time when I got the half oz of shake (like I always do) of crumbled lime, I can't even smoke it. It smells funny and hurts to inhale. I've gotten this same strain and loved it, but this right here is not ok. I only come to AZ Organix and no other dispensary, but now I'm looking into new ones. I wouldn't even cook with this. Way too much trimmings.

not sure what happened to the quality here on the low tier...but it tastes really funky..... so i stopped getting the $15 rangecan you all post some lab results please at the dispensarie im sure the consumers would be much happier.many others are posting their product with test date, batch numbers, and quality levels showing if it has any trace amount of x y and or z in the PPM.

Worst dispensary, really is. First of all you get no good deal for being there your first time, then you can’t really buy grams you have to buy at least an 8th. So then they said they got pre rolls for 3.50 each of some Luke sky walker and og kush so I decide to get 4 because I only have a little over $15, then they told me they’ll call me up, when they did the only had 3 joints for $5 each of some papas og, so I felt played and the experience wasn’t well nor professional don’t recommend this place, there’s way better ones out there

I really love arizona organix, it’s basically the only dispensary i go to unless they don’t have what i need. they lose two stars because when i first became a patient and had a preorder they would call if something was out of stock They don’t do that anymore and will ask if that’s okay if you want something else employees get visibly upset. it isn’t major, but it’s just poor customer service. unfortunately that was long before COVID-19. courtesy calls make a huge difference.

Placed my online order bright and early this morning, received the notice that my order was ready much earlier than expected and was ecstatic! Upon arrival the check in process was very easy, with the staff wearing mask and gloves. There were a few other patients waiting but I was able to get my order rather quick and headed back home to my cave!I understand the COVID has everything a little crazy right now, I waited 3 hours at another local dispensary, so my expectations have changed...I expected nothing, and was still completely disappointed.This was a half out of the full OZ I ordered online today. The other looks just as bad.I will drive to Flaggstaff for flower before I go here again.

Good concentrates, awesome workers, awesome pricing but I've tried calling since yesterday and can not get a single person to answer the phone. I live far and what I'm looking for isn't on their order menu (nector collector) but I'm not driving 12 miles one way to find out they don't have it. Answer the phones, I get your busy but a two minute call will not effect business I swear.
