Basically one of the ladies in my house broke into my room and all they said was did you ever think about her writing a grievance on you for doing something wrong when she was in the wrong the whole entire time!!!!!!!!!!! And what makes it worse is she has a guardian so what her guardian says goes.............So even if she did do something wrong they still would believe her over me because of the state getting involved and that's wrong they should have kicked her out a long time...... maybe if I contact the news they won't have anything else to do but believe me...........

Poor management they will mess up your direct deposit and blame it on you stay away you have been warned. This company has a high turn over rate. I got let go for standing up for myself when they was in the wrong . They gang up on you in group meetings to try and intimidate you but I told them thank you there are other part time jobs. It’s funny because they were my 2nd job so when they let me go it was funny . I was in a group meeting with T and two other ladies . T was extremely rude and talked over you when you try to explain things. Main H.R. are non people of color so explain a lot.

Let me start by saying I did work here in the HR Department. I was getting inconsistent training from the person that was in the postiton I was placed in. Very easy work to do for 15 an hr. The girl was a friend to manager S and they would sit in the office together talking about life and the stuff they are going through for hours. I was assigned to a dual person office and the coworker I was working with was a great person to work with. They did let me go unfairly because I voiced my situation with the issues I was having with training. Once I said something I guess I was in the wrong. So I got let go 5 min after I said something. Manager S called me up and said we are going a different way with the position. I laughed and said thank you. This place has so many people being hired and let go or they just dont show up. Horrible pay and horrible company to work for.

It's not as it appears. Extremely cheep company always chasing it's tail without any real progress. Everyone is expendable regardless. It appears people are treated as objects not as individuals. The end result is the members lose out because the turn over is unbelievable and the thing members require is stability. The very thing that lacks. It's really unfortunate. You could say I'm bitter? Nope not one bit. This is a pure third party view perspective of the facts. Arizona Health Care is by far substandard. It literally sucks the life out of you if you let it and then simply moves into the next. Fact. When I was hired H.R. didn't provide any details of what to expect....I know why now....no one in their right mind would accept if they really knew what they signed up. This rather calls me out but to be fair I was up for the challenge. Most people would say no thank you.

This was my first visit. Lorraine was very nice, professional, compassionate with delicate issues. I felt very comfortable with her. She is always smiling, with a positive attitude. By far, of all the resources that I've had to deal with... she ranks high in my book. Great lady. I applaud you for all your assistance. It means so much to me. Ps. I want to also applaud your management team for recognizing your passion. It's what drives, and motivates you. Bravo!
