This was my favorite dispensary. Now they advertise products they don't have in store in Westword the day the ad is released. Went there and they would not substitute. The next day, I get a text offering the same product deal sales that were in Westword and not available. I called. She said they were sending a text about a product they were out of, but today would substitute. She could not explain the substitution policy or the discrepancies between the ad/text and their inventory.

(Pictures included) Bought an ounce of "middle shelf" flower here about 2 weeks ago and I'm so disappointed in the quality of flower and service I received. When I got home and opened the jar I noticed that this was not good quality at all, it looks like the budtender gave me all of the small nugs. Some smaller than a size of a dime! Not only small, but dry and stale too. I should've checked before leaving, but considering how much I paid I wasn't thinking I was going to get scammed. She should've given me a discount because this was not worth $166. (Its been weeks and the pictures still won't post, why are you trying to hide the evidence?)

I have been to alot of dispensaries and they are consistent. Budtenders are very nice and up up speed on all of their strains and the effects. I recommend them to whomever smokes cannabis

I love this dispensary!! Gave them a call about the strain being different then what i had chose to purchase and Selena was VEERRY helpful and professional about the situation by getting me the strain i wanted as well as putting some icing on the cake😊, not to mention one of the kindest helpful tenders i have came across. Glad to have shopped here this morning hope everyone has a blessed day!!! Will definitely be seeing more of me and i will be telling everyone i know about this place.

I’m so sad, to drop my review from (the highest possible 5) to a 3 ðŸ˜ðŸ˜±This was and is my first EVER dispensary, I’ve always put this one high above others but I’m sad to say this has changed, the pictures below was my first time experience last year (May 2018) Our budtender was the best I’ve ever experienced still hands down to this day! I WISH, wish I could remember his name, (if your that budtender, keep up the awesome work, because the people you’ve hired after you is a big NO) Went to Aroma this week, Monday I believe and just the service, product, (Your standard awesome deals) all gone 😠I’m so sad this is the way it is, I’ll be back for our wonderful ladies retreat later this year, please do some changes, work to be the best you can ( as I know, aroma is the best) I hope this is a eye opener!

A phenomenal dispensary with an excellent selection of strains, a staff that's as friendly as they are professional, and great prices that make the trip well worth the drive.Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries in the state and with the amazing stuff they bring in daily I'll be coming here for a while.
