I had been suffering from intense body pains for the past 10 + years and was looking for different treatments. I tried everything and nothing worked ...and finally i researched about medicinal marijuana....i got a card , met with a doctor and she gave me a couple of medications that included indica and sativa... I loved it, worked perfectly for me....But there was a catch... she mentioned that we must determine the dosage that suits us but never mentioned the dangerous consequences of overdosing.I had to relocate from east coast to west coast in Jan 2019 and could not carry marijuana with me even if its medicinal. So one night in Dec 2018, couple of days before Xmas, instead of having half a cookie ( my self determined dosage) , i took a whole cookie and then i cannot describe what i went through the whole night. Intense panic attacks and horrible intrusive thoughts that left me mentally crippled for life.My life has never been the same again. I have been left with PTSD and horrible sleep anxiety. This coming from a person who just loved to sleep. I have spent thousands on dollars on antidepressants, naturopathy and counseling with little progress. I had my ups and downs but i was mentally stable to say the least. I suspect the cookie had a very large amount THC content in it.Cannabis has screwed my life forever. I just wished this dispensary had mentioned the dangers of a substance like cannabis to a newbie like me.

Staff makes sure you're aware of options on your first visit, and give you reminders when you're approaching the date you need to renew your card. The atmosphere is very calming. When I last visited, there were a bunch of patients who were unnecessarily rude to staff, but they were all kind and courteous nonetheless. When ordering ahead, I usually only have to wait 5 minutes inside before I can pick up my order.

**I had a polite and constructive conversation with the owner. She said I would see improvement to the problems listed below among others. Sadly this proved to be false **This dispensary does not take seriously its role as a key component of care for terminal and critically ill patients. On multiple occasions I have received info that is flat out wrong.1) Struggling with severe chronic pain. I call Arrow saying my pain is very bad and I need a recommendation. She said "any high THC product is good for pain". Not only is that a blanket misrepresentation of the product, but many patients should not have powerful sativa. Her advice was wrong and reckless.2) Yesterday: They are out of the high potentacy item I need. They call to tell me that and I explain that my symptoms have me close to hospitalization and it is important that I have the right medicine. They send me home with a product that is not only vastly different than what I stated my needs to be, but the instructions for use were wrong! I have a product I cannot use and symptoms that are still untreated. The way this dispensary is run does not convey care or sympathy to patients. If you can make the trip to a different dispensary, do it! The Healing Corner and Bluepoint Wellness are never so flippant in their care.Arrow doesn't seem to care about the needs of their patients. I sincerely hope their Milford location is better than this debacle of a medical dispensary.

I was never told that there is a senior discount. Considering I am a senior Citizen. Not very pleased. Also I need a new person to pick up my meds but was told I have to wait until my card expires. I was never even told that someone else can pick up for me. They called this person a contact. She is 80 years old. I never would have put her name down.Read the fine print. Other than these things, staff is VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

First time there couldnt fine them the state dosent allow large sighns so dont blame them.When you walk in it clean well lit and there are displays of some of the things they sell.The staff is awsome ,everyone is helpful and cool as h€££.The price on leaf is spot on some times even less,vapes well the cheap ones are good but ruff if you cough easy but the jade and pure one clears are better but pricey In comparison .If you go to the website and do your homework you can put together a good package to suit your needs.

The best Medical Marijuana dispensary in the state. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wide range of high quality product. Have a question? Any of the staff can help point you in the right direction. I couldn't be happier with the way this place operates, with their staff, or their selection. If you are thinking about getting your card, this is the dispensary for you!!

Arrow is awesome. Jessica and Ian up front are always happy and smiling. They can answer most questions. The back of the house is a hoot. Kristin, Evan, Octavia the rest of the staff are great. They take the time to explain strains and what’s the best thing for you. If there was a coffee machine, I’d never leave. Great place!! Better than any other dispensary

I love this place and going there😁. if I have any questions they answer them and help me as much as they can very good staff love them all are great! Thanks to joana and Arlene and everyone else they are all great ! And everyone is always happy they always leave their problems at the door and come to work you can tell they love helping others !!! WOW! I love this place! I got spend a fantastic amount of time w/the pharmacist. I'm not looking to hey high, I'm looking to get out of pain as soon as possible - and I was! Location, staff, product selection... I could go on & on, but you go check it out! (Hmm, & to think my mother told me to stay away from this "drug." Course, that was the 80's! LOL!")

Update: so as of today I was able to go into arrow at their hartford location. I had a issue and left a review according to what I experienced. I have to say their staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I received a personal phone call from a staff member who showed me compete compassion and fairness as well as understanding. I would not feel right if I didn't not adjust the review of my experience with the staff at arrow. They truly do care about you as a patient and they respect you as an individual. There is no where better. Thank you arrow of Hartford.
