They need to have a window specifically for expedited shoppers. An iPad for on premises ordering would do wonders. Shouldn't have to go an wait over an hour for your medications, you would think they're growing it back there with some of the wait times .

Where do I even begin? I have been with them since around the time that they opened. They are absolutely amazing. They really pride themselves on customer service and interaction. They work dlegently to establish and maintain a relationship with their clients. They offer amazing discounts to veterans n every so often just to say Thanks for your patronage. To prove my point, I was originally unaware that they offered this discount but as soon as I did I mentioned it and the manager was so kind as to even grant me a credit for all my previous purchases. A clean, hospitable and very accessible dispensary. With an excellent staff and superb products. The only reason I CANNOT give a 5 Star rating is because in Connecticut the financial cost of Medical Cannabis, Concentrates, Edibles and other Cannabis derivatives; is simply too expensive.

Great place! Discreet, friendly staff, never have a problem finding exactly what I need and they are great about keeping things in stock. Today was my first time going to Arrow, let alone any dispensary. The place has a great vibe. Jessica at the front desk was lovely, friendly and efficient. Evan, the manager, is thorough, concise, patient, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. This is a beautifully run, relaxed facility. Comfortable and professional.
