Update: so as of today I was able to go into arrow at their hartford location. I had a issue and left a review according to what I experienced. I have to say their staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I received a personal phone call from a staff member who showed me compete compassion and fairness as well as understanding. I would not feel right if I didn't not adjust the review of my experience with the staff at arrow. They truly do care about you as a patient and they respect you as an individual. There is no where better. Thank you arrow of Hartford.
