As an out-of-stater and as someone fairly new to the industry I confess that my dispensary standards may be a tad low, but I was truly blown away by my experience with Ascend Cannabis. In fact, this may be the single greatest shopping experience I have had in my entire life. Prices, quality, selection, and customer service was the best I have had at any store in Washington, Colorado, or Michigan.Security was both friendly and helpful upon arrival and the atmosphere seems warm and inviting. They push pretty hard how natural and environmentally friendly all of their product is and the variety was extensive.I came into a busy store a half hour before close the evening before 4/20, and on what I'm sure had already been a very long day, was greeted with an enormous smile by Gabby. She was not only well versed in the vocabulary of the industry and very clearly knowledgeable about her craft, but she took the time to answer every single one of my questions and walk me through all of Ascend's various deals and options for the holiday. Professional, kind, and informed, Gabby put on an absolute clinic in Customer Service 101.I left the store not only having spent 75% less than what I expected to for a higher quality product than what I normally have access to, but I left feeling like I had made a friend and was part of a family. This is the shopping experience perfected.
