I wanted to stay chatting with my new friend all night. She was very friendly but not unreal, I work in customer service I can hear a guest voice a mile awhile. But this wonderful lady with all her tattoos, colored hair, and jewelry was genuine with me and the conversation we had about other things besides buds. It was a nice relief after travelling alone on the train at night in a new city to get there. I felt super welcomed by that which made this my favorite dispensary so far since moving to CO. I was so at ease I forgot to get her name but I applaud her for being so kind at the end of her night. I'll be back soon. Thanks again!

Second time there. Just as helpful and I found out that since I provided my phone number the first time, I received rewards money to use on my next purchase! If that isn't a reason to come back, I don't know what is!! Did I mention their prices are incredible and hard to beat, considering the huge variety they offer? Well their prices truly are incredible!

I like the feel of this dispensary, nice score and friendly staff. I went in for my first time yesterday for some live resin. They keep all of the live resin out at room temperature, and stored on its side. I had to have the bartender open over 10 containers to find a gram that hadn't reached all up the side and stuck on the lid. Every other dispensary I go to keeps the good live resin in the fridge, stored flat. Very disappointed with How the grams looked as the bud tender showed me.

As an out-of-stater and as someone fairly new to the industry I confess that my dispensary standards may be a tad low, but I was truly blown away by my experience with Ascend Cannabis. In fact, this may be the single greatest shopping experience I have had in my entire life. Prices, quality, selection, and customer service was the best I have had at any store in Washington, Colorado, or Michigan.Security was both friendly and helpful upon arrival and the atmosphere seems warm and inviting. They push pretty hard how natural and environmentally friendly all of their product is and the variety was extensive.I came into a busy store a half hour before close the evening before 4/20, and on what I'm sure had already been a very long day, was greeted with an enormous smile by Gabby. She was not only well versed in the vocabulary of the industry and very clearly knowledgeable about her craft, but she took the time to answer every single one of my questions and walk me through all of Ascend's various deals and options for the holiday. Professional, kind, and informed, Gabby put on an absolute clinic in Customer Service 101.I left the store not only having spent 75% less than what I expected to for a higher quality product than what I normally have access to, but I left feeling like I had made a friend and was part of a family. This is the shopping experience perfected.
