Great quality product, great customer service!Update:So, Unfortunately had to change my review. Quality hasn't changed, and wonderful customer service....however, as a member, I feel I was baited and switched as to what I can receive as part of my membership pricing deals. I signed on believing (and purchasing) certain items that, as I was told today, never were included. This has to do with concentrates, and I haven't used my member deal for specifically concentrates since I signed on so understandably I was disappointed to be told today that what I had gotten before was not included. Even after we looked at past transactions, and saw that indeed is what I got at sign on, it wasn't suppose to be and I was mislead. This isn't the first time there has been confusion as to member discounts and other deals/offers, but it is the first time I left without purchasing anything. When the only reason you signed your plants over to a place turns out to be bogus, leaves ya feeling like ya got dooped. I signed on with Live Resin being included in bulk member pricing of concentrates. Really disappointed to be told that was not true and shouldn't have happened. Will I still be buying from Ascend? For now, yes. Better quality flower then most at average prices will keep ya around. Will I be as frequently? No, most likely not.Will I be keeping my plants there? Idk, when your member benefits are almost nonexistent...why should I?
