Had a very interesting experience here, I brought my 72 year old friend that suffers from dementia with me to make a purchase. He can be cranky at times, this I'm aware. In the time it took me to purchase my items ( almost 10 mins) he had been kick out by the lady out front. This should have been a five star experience for sure, the woman that helped me with my purchase was very accommodating. I had even told her that they would probably talk about us after we left before they even knew there was a problem out front. I blame no one for what had happened. But please understand that there are people in this world that have disabilities that are NOT obvious for all to see. From the sounds of it just a few moments to show him how to use the coffee maker and none of this would have happened. Don't let this stop you from using this establishment.

This place had horrible service. Barely greeted, when we did get greeted, another worker had to come and ask if they had their card to sell to us, then this girl took over, very unpleasent, she left in the middle of us making a decision. Then when the 3rd employee came to help, he knew nothing of the products, prices, what works what what... bad first experience.

We showed up on black friday. Thier sign said open at 10am. The red headed gal pulled up at 10:30. I got out of my car and smiled, she got snarky and said 11am. I responded your sign says 10am. She barked back at me that she needed to set up. So apparently its the customers fault she was late. I apparently deserved to be treated with attitude. I've been going there for a few months. Today they lost my business. I'll never return there again.

I used to buy from this store quite a lot, but now it's seems like they're less convient when it comes to product placement. Most of the time I go in to check things out, they only have 5 choices of strains. Maybe it's because of the commute that comes in to the store or they are only getting a limited amount of products to sale. There's more of a selection of chips then they'res weed, probably have more joints rolled up then the average store. And the last couple of times I went to the store I felt like I've been getting less of the amount I would've gotten if i went to another store.One time, I went in getting a gram, the net weight that was written down listed it as (1.02), I come home and put it on my scale and it comes out (.8) Costumer service is a flaw to point out as well. Since it seems like most of the bud tenders are not really the talkative type and just seems like they just in there to past the time. I've noticed a lot of times I'm in there that some employés just want to you get what you want and go, instead of really giving they're insite. If you want to beat these odds. I suggest you call in to the store instead of just walking in. It's better to know what they're giving you instead of walking in and feeling somewhat disappointed when you realize that they'res not much of selection. Despite all of the cons. I'll still come and support the store since it's local to my area.
