This was the worst experience I have ever had. We received a quote from John and when we got our credit card bill we were charged thousands more than expected, John did not include the installation in the quote. Who does that ! We ordered 24x24 and received 12x24, the job was not measured properly leaving many boxes of unopened tile which John would not take back and credit us. Trying to deal with him while he was vacationing in Hawaii was frustrating, waiting for email responses back. He offered no solution, did not care if his customer was satisfied or not. As long as he had our money that was his main concern. I would not recommend this business to anyone
