Hi. I’m Sonya S. Went to Top Shelf Mexican Restaurant last night for first time...and although good, 1 small taco costs $5.38. Insane. Please lower your prices. Could probably have tons more service if try to be a little more economical during today’s uncertain times w/these financial crises & this rapidly growing pandemic. Was so good that wanted to go back today, but obviously can’t afford it with those prices.

Friendly service! Awesome food! Fair prices!They really hooked us up for sharing a meal. It's so big, it did the wife and me PERFECT!We DEFINITELY WILL go back! Thanks everyone who took care of us!

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced!! Not only did the Manager never stop talking and listen to complaint, she did not care to keep my business in a time where I would think local businesses would value their customers. I have ordered Many times from them but will no longer support them. It was only a blame game and very unprofessional, sorry many other businesses would appreciate the business and I will definitely spread the word!!

Ordered in chicken tacos, a cheese crisp with shredded chicken, a side of beans and a side a guac: EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT! The service was very nice and friendly, order was ready to be picked up, and everything was nice and hot. Oh and your chips and salsa are awesome!! This was our first time trying Top Shelf and this certainly won’t be the last.

My folks use to say they put a couple bricks in the TS at Shea & Scottsdale location because they went so often back when. After moving to Sun City West my Dad went to the Greenway location lots. Sooo I have been to TS twice in the last week to support this restaurant during this opening up stage & in memory of my parents. Great food and service. Hope TS stays in business for years to come.

The restaurant appeared very popular with families and couples dining. There is a bar, tvs, booths and tables and an area away from all of that as well. The menu is vast and they were more than happy to tweak a large appetizer for me to make it Gluten Free. It was great and oh so tasty and flavorful. I had the Mexican pizza, but on three crispy corn tortillas. As an appetizer I was shocked at the amount. I had to share it with my friend! Both our meals were muy Grande! The waitress was so friendly and happy and kind.

Top Shelf has always been a good choice for Mexican food in the NW Valley. Food is very good and reasonably priced. The only complaint is that the server in our area was way overworked. There was no way she could serve the entire area she was responsible for. Our table alone was 18 and it was busy. Good news was I gave her a 35% tip. She worked he butt off and did a very good job under the circumstances. Come on management, hire people even though the minimum wage went up, cutting staff only sours people and they will go elsewhere.

This place is a comfortable neighborhood restaurant that has been serving really good Mexican food for many years. I'm especially partial to their hot sauce which is served only on request. It's spicy smokey flavor is something I crave. The portions are very generous especially at lunchtime. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because the service can be a little hit and miss sometimes. Aside from that...you won't be disappointed.

My personal opinion the portions were small the prices are very expensiveI asked for a side of guacamole and they brought it to me it was brown asked if I can get a fresh bowl came back the same color she said that's the way that it looks. Our waitress was really nice. Been wanting to go there since I tried it I won't go back. My husband had a taco salad he said it was not good

I love... love this place. Really enjoyed the mini beef chimichangas I like all of the salsa and their piña colada/ Tequila/ margaritas... Alex the bartender is amazing .. wonderful customer service. Really enjoyed my time there I usually go at night
