This is for Grocery delivery only. Every time I have to pick up groceries from here, Alyssa is always on top of her job and bags the groceries correctly so nothing is damaged during transport. Leadership/Management could learn a few things from her. She’s always professional and friendly and makes me want to have return business with this Walmart. I strongly support her in every way for a management position or at least a raise. She deserves that, at the very least! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ALYSSA!

Ordered a large pickup grocery order and am 100% satisfied with their service! Great quality meat and fresh as an early autumn breeze! My family and I quite impressed y'all! Also we are very very grateful for this service and highly recommend it to everyone. Y'all are awesome! The customer service department was very understanding and helpful and the lady who loaded my vehicle with all my pickup order groceries was very quick, courteous, kind, professional, helpful and friendly. Her name is Chanique. Great job y'all! Thank you very much Wal-Mart of Encinitas!

They are always out of things. They move things around all the time. They have discontinued a lot of things I use everyday. The staff is the best part about this store! I know a lot of them by name & they're very friendly & helpful! I've been coming to this store since it opened. I just wish it was managed better. The buying & stocking is enept

Super helpful for the staff today. Came in for some supplies was in and out in 20 mins. This is why I usually go early in the morning you can actually find parking and get stuff done fast if need be. Cashier at self-check out today was super nice and professional, great addition to the staff not sure if she is new but Please keep her around made my morning we had a laugh together. Wish I remembered her name. Make sure she gets a raise now. 😁🤙Thank You

Two managers swinging on a swing on their break. No one answers the phone after 10 pm even though they close at 11. Seems to be very unprofessional staff and too much of a social hour instead of running a business. I hope better management training is applied as well as a review of standard manners. I've never dealt with the attitudes like these in any establishment.

I used to not like going to this Walmart because they never had lemon chips (they do now). I come here often and its always a pleasant experience. The self check out is pretty quick. I stopped by this week and I was having trouble finding a product. I asked an employee and he and another employee both went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago when we were looking for veggie patties. The employee was so knowledgeable and took us to different sections where they were located. So great customer service which makes it a positive experience.

I live nearby and patronize this store all the time. On January 1st, I learned something I think Encinitas patrons need to know. Encinitas Walmart Employees only call police/sheriff when they have a shoplifter and the evidence proving it. Mid-January I learned from a trusted, informed person that shoppers inside the store with cell phones are the people who call police mistakenly believing they are catching a shoplifter--when one instead is a regular patron and pays for all items prior to leaving. Since Encinitas Walm is a small size, there are infrequent times I end up at the large Walmarts. The other Walmarts one leaves with receipt in hand-so I have always done this at Encinitas, too. I fully support policies and regulations allowing stores to catch as many shoplifters, as they can. Independently, for the last few years, I have also always OKd with managers and employees of any store that it's ok for me to use my clean strong tote--instead of a basket when shopping/ I then empty out my tote at the paying/cashier stage. Sanitation and baskets are numbered is why I follow my tote practice. But, also, bag laws have been changing so quickly--the laws are encouraging the use of personal totes. January 1, I was leaving store walking to car and all of a sudden a sheriff SUV bee-lined straight to me with headlights totally on me. My mind was quietly questioning what was going on. Then, the sheriff driver recognized me and smiled and parked a few stalls away observing all around. I was/am so thankful and grateful for the deputy doing his job--answering the call for service. From the way he drove straight to me--the caller must have given him a very detailed description of my appearance. We are really fortunate to have deputies who are trained to handle situations all in the positive and for what they are. Thus, he reinforced a continued good New Year 2020 and that public safety matters. Simultaneously, I am learning we really must be alert to help catch shoplifters. Unfortunately, with the use of technology in order to make the crime happen and to get away, shoplifters continue to have the upper hand. It's also really expensive for stores...re: preventing shoplifting. It's expensive for everyone--but, not for the successful, repeated shoplifters! Thus, we must all stay alert and positive thinking.

Came to get some essentials at this Walmart, is always clean and organized and always the cheaper prices.I don’t get groceries here but I did see some good stuff.This store have not lock and enclosed all the beauty department products like in other Walmart’s.There is some Halloween decorations and customs.

I don't feel like writing a book after dealing with this place. I'll just say that when MARY JANE stares you down, because you ask her to separate your groceries (cold with cold, non-food separate, etc.), refuses to ask for a price check and puts the items under her register, tells you to "shut up," and puts their finger in your face, you get the manager and don't ever go back. This is not even the whole story. I will be calling their main office in the morning. My first and last time at that store.

Literally every employee i came across had a bad attitude i cant believe how rude everyone is here. North county walmarts are so much better. Sad part about it is youd expect a better experience in a richer area when in reality its the exact opposite. I dont think ill ever come here again unless its the last one on the planet. 11/21/19.
