Amazing experience. Pretty bummed because I thought I wouldn't be able to purchase products after 10 PM. Until The Balloon Room came to the rescue. Delivery until 1:30 AM Friday nights? Bless you. Not sure who helped me with my order processing, but they were very helpful and respectful over text. They let me know that a product I requested was not available and suggested other similar options. Love the delivery tracking service. Delivery guy was chill and nice. I asked to meet outside by driveway and he did. He stayed in the car during payment processing but it was 48 degrees, so I'd probably stay in too. I was bummed that I forgot to order a lighter but one was included yay :) I'm new to dispenaries and I'm not sure if this is usual, but pre rolls were provided in a glass tube with label as a cover. I love these glass tubes. Wish they came with actual lids, although still happy with purchase.
