It's a scam just like the rest of the reviews say. Theses guys will take your money and promise to get you processing. Days will go by they will stop calling you and instead send vague emails with one... more

Cancelled this service in April but was told I did not do it correctly so I tried from April till June to cancel service "correctly". OK Cancelled. No fees taken for 2 months, then all of a sudden, Bank card services starts taking processing fees for all 5 of my shops when they havent processed a payment since April. My rep called and $ was supposed to be sent back to me and half of it was. I called them myself and they told me the check was in the mail. A lie. Next month, Bank card once again charged us processing fees!! Once again, we called! This time, they told us that the rep was the only one who could call and get our $ back. WHAT? I am looking into legal action against this company and I warn anyone who is reading this..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! LIES FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END...BUT THE CHARGES NEVER END!!!!!

BankCard USA handles card processing for my vintage clothing boutique. This company conducts itself to the highest professional standard. The majority of the BankCard USA negative reviews here on Google are industry competitors posing as disgruntled businesses in an effort to smear the company's reputation. Nothing but respect for BankCard USA!

Update: BankCard USA has contacted me about the issue apologizing for the confusion. We are a food flavoring company and for some reason they treat us like a tobacco company. They tried to charge us bogus fees and we have had to report them to Master Card for this. I highly recommend staying away from this company. VERY SHADY.

After a very lengthy (cold-call) conversation about obtaining their services, I essentially opted not to do business with them. I didn't feel comfortable providing my full bank routing and account number to them as part of the pre-approval process. According to the sales person, my choice to use precaution didn't sit well with their risk/underwriting department. Might I have considered doing business with them? Maybe. But don't call trying to do business with me and then expect me to bend over and assume all the risk of providing you so much PII and financial information before we have any sort of NDA or Code of Conduct agreed to. With all the reviews online regarding BankCard USA's practice of withholding funds from businesses that may have breached sales thresholds and gotten flagged as possibly fraudulent - I felt my precaution was a valid reaction.

Worst service , they hold the transactions each time and we have to call them to release and at the risk manager want this and that docs and ......was happy at the beginning but didn't like the risk manager services and Canceled my service...

Then you won't be able to call them any more and they will say that they get hundreds of calls a day. Ron and the rest of his family should be investigated I have never seen anything like this. We closed our business one year ago and returned the devices. They contacted us through a collection company just a week ago claiming that they had not received the devices. We could not find the proof of shipment since it has been so long, so we had to pay over a $150 for the supposed loss. Does not make sense to be checking on their stuff over a year after the fact, definitely this was on purpose because they know that nobody would keep his receipts for years. This is a terrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
