If you ever have to make a simple exchange on a product that doesn't work with any of the equipment that you own, they will fight tooth and nail before they accept responsibility. For me, it was more than a 30 minute process. Worse, if you look through the other reviews, you can see that this place has a consistent history selling defective products and just flat out refusing to fix their mistakes.

Great social distancing practices in place. Also I got a covid-19 information printout with my purchase. I appreciate this non invasive way of promoting public wellbeing. Thank you for being a socially responsible business during the pandemic.

I wasn’t able to try any of their products but I was disappointed with the customer service. I went in and the store was empty, I told the cashier that it was my first time there and before I was able to finish my sentence she pointed me to a screen on the other wall for the menu. I would have appreciated an intro to the store, recommendations and the cashier seemed disinterested. I’d recommend somewhere else to spend your money.

Very helpful and patient cx service. They treat everyone well and I love their bottom dollar deals for 🔥🔥🌲🌲🌲🔥🔥. Might be too soon with all the wildfires but this store is straight arson. I go for dabs/edibles that send me to space faster than Elon Musk sent his dummy in a car to space. This place satiates that craving. Come in and see ya on the moon.
