I have experienced different types of medicine from other facilities and can say the product is superb. If that was the only thing to say I would not post, however, the customer service and care truly sets them apart from other establishments. I have never felt rushed while inquiring about a new product or like I was wasting my bud tenders time, Bask truly offers a great experience for any patient and is highly recommended!

It was my 1st visit to Bask, everyone is VERY professional, SUPER nice, and the place is immaculately clean. Overall everything went well, but I do wish that there was more of a guided walk thru for a 1st time visitor.

Went there on 1/17/18 by appointment. What an awesome experience. They have the highest THC in the state by far. About 8 strains and several different options for edibles. Great new addition to the South Coast. 5 Stars

First time there met Chappy C.E.O. great guy real knowledgeable, and the staff is awesome too! This place is cool they show you the bud in individuals clear plastic containers with vents so you can smell it!

I went to bask for the first time at the beginning of this week. I dealt with a young guy behind the counter names Kyle, he was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant. While in the midst of my transaction another young female came in presumably to punch in for her shift. I did not catch he name, but she had a lot of make up caked on and multi colored hair. i was asking questions at this point and i could not believe how absolutely rude this girl was. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at the questions that i was asking. She treated me like i had some nerve to ask questions and like what i was asking was stupid. And she was not even the one helping me! The Rudeness and unmitigated gall that she showed me has turned me away from this facility for good. I will not return to be disrespected by an employee who assumes she is better than the customer.

Love it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great product. Have to use edibles and the Chocolate bar is potent, helps my pain,and tastes delicious.
