good selection, pretty good prices, but not super impressed with the knowledge of the products the staff had. personally, I like stores where it's treated as a very important factor to know all the products and about them, and how they effect you, not just a retail position. that doesnt take away too much from the store though, as the selection was great as I said. really nicely designed too

Awesome staff!! Was trying to get my dad set up with some CBD oil, but my one year old was in the car so they sent out two ladies to watch her while I helped my dad ask the right questions! So amazing. Definitely our go to place from now on!

My boyfriend and I have only been to Batstone bud twice and both times had AWESOME customer service, great prices and great product!! In every single bud shop we've been in, we've never felt so welcome and everyone is SO professional!! Sad they're gonna be closed for 30 days here soon but that for sure won't stop me from going back when they reopen. Gotta stock up while we can. Lol ??????
