I have tried multiple times to do business here and mostly been unsuccessful:Not Open during listed hours x3TOTALLY unfamiliar with the concept of “curbside” service x8Arbitrary rules, Arbitrarily enforced x4If you just can’t wait until your next joyful visit to Green Lady or Elevation,please, please call ahead for that day’s rules. NO BUD FOR YOU!

When you see higher prices product, a lot of time, is because, the shop is purchasing higher quality product. You can go and get your dirt weed anywhere bit if you care about the perfect marijuana experience. Try the top shelf for once. You may find you don't need to smoke as much!Try Dutch Brothers Farms, Diamond Cookie or the Seattle Cough. Or another Top Shelf grower. You get what you pay for

Clean with excellent merchandising setup. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional demeanor of staff. A must see and experience for (new to the products)consumers. I was at ease the minute I walked into Batstone Bud Shop. The staff member was able to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction for my needs. I will return to this establishment and recommend it for novice and experienced buyers alike.

good selection, pretty good prices, but not super impressed with the knowledge of the products the staff had. personally, I like stores where it's treated as a very important factor to know all the products and about them, and how they effect you, not just a retail position. that doesnt take away too much from the store though, as the selection was great as I said. really nicely designed too

My boyfriend and I have only been to Batstone bud twice and both times had AWESOME customer service, great prices and great product!! In every single bud shop we've been in, we've never felt so welcome and everyone is SO professional!! Sad they're gonna be closed for 30 days here soon but that for sure won't stop me from going back when they reopen. Gotta stock up while we can. Lol ❤❤😍😍🌲💨

Great store, great atmosphere, average selection. Just the prices.....they are just too high. Average 10 dollars more. The flower is roughly the same as elsewhere. But every thing else is a little too pricey for me. Ok, so I have tried both brands of co2 extracted vape cartridges. And they just aren't good. And again, 40 bucks for a half gram cartridge. Just way too expensive. Would be ok if the quality was there. That's 3 times I have been here and 3 times I have been disappointed. So that's it for me. Back to T.J.s

Not happy with my experience there. Was intentionally sold defective bho vape products. Was told they get a lot of complaints about them. Why do you sell them then? Was lied to by the manager repetedly. If he were my employee, I would have fired him. Finally got only a partial refund after over a week of being blown off and threatening to sue them. Won't be going there again.

I've been a customer due to medical issues for many years now. I've liked Jamie from the beginning, she is extremely knowledgeable on the medical benefits of all forms of the Noble "weed". As this provider has grown and developed their facility and client base, I have been more than appreciative of their services; including all information necessary to make a proper selection for the various disabilities I have. I give thanks that they opened their Shelton facility close to my home.

Batstone Rd Budshop is the best dispensary I've been to. The prices are better than other dispensaries I've visited.I'm pretty new to recreational pot, but the staff was attentive and friendly. One person to ask for is Nathon. He really knows his stuff and helped me find products that are most beneficial and offered the most value for my budget.Batstone is where I will be going back!

We were intentionally sold garbage. The flowers were over 7 months old. Dry as can be and didn't smell good. Tried to discuss a return. Wa state law says they can't refund. I'm still looking for the RCW. Also they do not have their refund policy posted. I guess I've learned a lesson here.
