LOVE this location! The sandwich makers are eh at what they do, but that’s not that serious. This lady named Mary (who couldn’t figure out and had to be shown how to cut an avocado, mind you 😂) had the audacity to laugh and make fun of my name while I was standing right there which was pretty nasty and rude, but one ill-mannered person can’t ruin how much I enjoy this Sprouts. It is clean, almost all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have awesome products for great prices. Definitely the best Sprouts in San Diego that I’ve been to. 100/10 would recommend.

Home ordering and fast delivery is GREAT for those of us who don’t drive much. Takes a bit of learning curve to get started on ordering on the home delivery shopping site. Have been shopping at Sprouts so am fairly familiar with their inventory. I have gluten and dairy allergies and the shoppers at Clairemont Ave. store work with me immediately if substitutions are needed. Produce and meat is always fresh. Thanks

I only needed a few things and I wanted some strawberries purchased them they looked okay but when I went to use them the next day they really were soft and the verge of going bad. Disappointed I expected better and thought being a produce store they would have fresh items. On this occasion I was sadly mistaken. I sent a complaint into sprouts also. But I didn't follow up I just have made up my mind to shop elsewhere as much as possible.

I've been a long-time shopper at this location, which was occupied by Keils before Sprouts. It's close, convenient, and the new Sprouts is a physically impressive store. BUT, and I say this reluctantly, THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE ARE, GENERALLY, QUITE UNFRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY SOME OF THE EVENING CASHIERS, FOR WHOM IT APPEARS IT WOULD BE TORTURE TO SMILE, LET ALONE POLITELY SAY "HELLO." For some of the cashiers I've had, "RUDE" would actually be more accurate descriptor. Which, obviously, raises a question or two about the quality of the store's management. In the business world, if you want customers, it's generally in your best interest to treat your customers as if you appreciate the fact that they are spending their hard earned money on your product or services. It would be refreshing if Sprouts could live up to that simple code. Maybe I've been spoiled by Keils, and by Trader Joes, where the food choices are awesome and the cashiers fast and friendly. In the meantime, I'll go to Vons more often. It's further away and more of a haul, but they also have organic foods and their employees are courteous.

Feedback:

Great store for the area! FULL butcher meat dept for your needs and lots of fresh produce to pick from. Customer service is good with an associate always nearby. A little pricey but nice to have the neighborhood convenience. The store is clean and well stocked and outside there is table seating on the north side to relax and parking is easy right out front.

Feedback:

Great to have a Sprouts in the neighborhood. It’s clean and well stocked and most of the staff are helpful and very friendly. However my mom and I are busy with caregiving and work responsibilities and can only get in there first thing in the morning to do our weekly shop. And every time we do, there seems to be only one checker and regardless of who it is they seem to get real upset that we’ve done a big shop early in the morning. So if there is any way for Sprouts to be a little more understanding and nicer to us on our morning shops, we’d appreciate it!

I called the other day because I was stranded in the parking lot, no gas, no money, hadn't eaten in 3 days (actually going on my 4th), and a man by the name of Mike answered the phone. I proceeded to explain my situation in short, and asked if they had any food they give me if I walked into the store; the answer; "unfortunately no. we give to another organization which gives to the homeless." no empathy, no compassion... just no. So here is as good example of the universe, "shifting bits," so that nobody can predict the future with 100% accuracy all the time. A grocery store who sells food and probably has employees stealing food from them and encounters a significant amount of bad product because it isn't purchased and they end up throwing it out, denies a hungry man food, but yet, when this man tries to sell his car to a dealer, and the dealer learns of his situation, the lady is kind enough to buy him food. And here I thought I would have a better chance at obtaining food from some place who deals in food...I should have know it would be automobiles who feed the homeless and not grocery stores! doh!

Tried to order sandwich at deli. Stupid fill-out-the-form system, deli people don't keep track of the order. People who just walked up were served, while I waited 20 minutes, still hadn't started my sandwich. Sandwich makers walking 10 feet to get a slice of tomato, back for the meat, back for the cheese, back for the bread, etc. (although, not necessarily in that order). No one in charge, just chaos...not again in this lifetime! Feh.
