Feedback:
Came in with doctors note looking to get a membership and I was told there was a backlog of people trying to become members and you need to have a "interview" with them first. My doctors note tells you everything you need to know I don't need to sit down and talk to you about my medical issues. I need you to sell me cannabis products. I've been waiting a month and havent even received a phone call regarding my "interview". Thanks Compassoon Club

Amazing to be able to walk in and buy same day without a single issue. All you have to do is fill out some forms and that is basically it. The only thing they ask of you is that you provide a doctor's note regarding your medical affliction within 6 months of signing up to continue using with your membership. Very Nice people. Very mellow. But certainly sober and not disrespectful in any way shape or form. The best part is that this dispensary has no affiliation with organized crime like SeatoSky on Fraser. Also they don't have any of their loud mouth buddies hanging out behind the counter and making you uncomfortable.You can tell they aren't in it to make copious amounts of money by selling pot. Simply look at their business's hours of operation. From 11am until 6pm, and closed Sunday. Does that not say it all about their priorities? Helping patients with (Legitimate Medical needs!). Fantastic.I do have one complaint though, as although their hours show their character in terms of not making money their 1st priority. I would really like to see them open earlier at 9am and close around 7pm instead, out of sheer convenience for customers. That would make me all too happy. Great place, come and stay a while!

as one of the original first 500 members of this place, I can honestly say it went downhill after Hillary left and when contacted to give them another chance, they totally dropped the ball. Tried to order over the phone, absolute waste of time before incompetence hung up and never called back despite seeing my info during conversation. When asked about prices, the bookkeeper refused to answer questions despite knowing personally for decades. Absolutely shifty and deceitful practices and politics of the staff and the ridiculous line-ups were the biggest turn-offs about the original club.

Have been a member for a while now and have found them all working there to be helpful when ever I have questions and informative and they have helped me manage my post polio and fibro myalgia along with other medical problems. My muscle twitches have been kept to a minimum and I have managed to sleep at least 3 days a week without to much problems, they are a true medical dispensary and I do not have to worry about those looking for recreation purposes.Hope they finally get their licence sooner then later.

I went to them because I had hoped their long standing reputation stood for something good, seems like they’re just riding that but not putting in the effort to follow through anymore. They had a misleading description of a tincture leading you to believe it was cbd heavy but turned out to be 1:1. After several weeks they still haven’t updated their ad. Staff pretty much interrogated me about what I needed, very stressful, I’m just looking for nerve pain relief and can’t handle heavy thc side effects in my condition. Not looking to get stressed about having to justify things.My friend also had a poor experience. Their pricing on the computer didn’t match advertised price of a strain they recommended to him. The staff member struggled to figure out weighing grams to get the price that had been anticipated. The resulting weed they recommended for relaxing was extremely weak and disappointing, he hardly noticed any effects.The customer service by emailing them about the issues was extremely passive. Basically seems like they aren’t going to do anything and aren’t very interested to care. Not so compassionate.And just to clarify, this review reflects the dispensary portion of the compassion club. The neighbouring facility which offers a variety of health and wellness options has been very positive and supportive.

I thought thier 21year legasy would have stood for somethimg. Since all the dispensaries in Vanco had been shut down, I found this drug den to be the only place open. I paid $125 after a"professional consultation" by a hippy geek high on thier cheap leaf who didnt have "that product right now" Snake oil ! garbage ! essentially just coconut oil with pot stems and o cheap printed lable claiming it contained CBD , probably whatever spilled on the factory floor . F√¢£ this place.

Was lead to believe that since this place is a non-profit that the quality of the cannabis would be good. Not so. Was even forced to buy a membership?? Bought 2 different types of tinctures and some leaf cannabis. All of them to be honest were very weak to say the least. The tincture was a complete waste of money. Even at maximum dosage didn't feel a thing. And don't even get me started on the cannabis leaf. Was very disappointed by this place. All of the specials and community that supposedly exists here was never presented to me.

first time there one staff member very rude, not compassionate and arrogant over heard another client sharing the marijuana did nothing for her did nothing for myself as well am not going back.We will find a real marijuana dispensary. You people are a joke. Snake Oil Flakes. With rude customer service and bad product. Your are Charlatans. Swindlers you are frauds. What are doing to the weed there is no THC "medicine". Let me inform you your are very vain rip offs. Setting your shop up set up like welfare line You aught to be shut down. Are selling the THC to the rich and stepped on weed to the poor. you are act as if you cater yo the poor and waist my time. You are being reported to authorities. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The people here are really friendly and it never feels like you’re walking into a drug den. This is how marijuana shops should operate. They have very knowledgeable staff about the different products and if you haven’t bought the sore muscle cream, what are you waiting for? It’s amazing how well it works and relieves pain. I like that they offer a good variety of product. They also have great programs in place for people with real medical issues such as massage and others but I’m not too sure what. It’s extremely affordable though if you qualify.

The first and still the best compassionate medicinal marijuana provider in Canada 4 years before medical became legal these pioneers bravely faced possible jail time to distribute cannabis to sick people in need. They believed a cancer patient shouldn't have to go to a seedy drug dealer to purchase possibly contaminated cannabis at inflated prices in order to obtain a medicine that alleviated their symptoms. That passion and drive is still evident every time I visit. Staff are all exceptional!
