Feedback:

Spent 300$ While I was here. The young lady who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. I was sold a mislabeled chocolate and a defective RAD tank. “Forget the chocolate, I said. It was delicious regardless the flavor. When I called the place the next day to speak about the broken cartridge, they said I had to bring it back in for them to “test”it with their machine to see if it’s defective. Note that it is 30$ round trip to get to there from where I stay. The price of the article in question. I wasn’t offered any compensation for the time and money it would cost me to go back and fix the issue. Further the woman I talked to on the phone insinuated the product was still good and I just didn’t understand how it worked... Glad I called. Customer service? I think After I go to replace the defective tank I’m done with this place.
