Feedback:

Aweful service. PT for my mother only calls an hour before she comes and was rude. The PT lady also said that she had talked to my mom the day before but Destiny was told that my mom was not to be the primary contact because my mom had a stroke and has memory problems. The PT snapped at me and said that she was told all she had to do was get a hold of the patient....... If your insurance says use them request a different company.
